Fernando, I think his name was, worked in door area desk in back area of store. This man was very very helpful, went above and beyond in giving us information on the items we needed. He helped with picking out the best door for our needs, loaded it up for us, gave us all kinds of valuable info. I truely wish that there were more employees like that. Very friendly, full of smiles, definitely a great employee and I hope that Home Depot recognizes the value in that. Thankyou Fernando. Gosh I hope that's what your name was.

Winnie was amazing! She has really good customer service and got straight to the point on what we were looking for! She was amazing, we need more workers like Winnie on the sales floor !!

The other day I was helped by a beautiful young lady named Diana in the flooring department she answered all me and my husbands questions about different types of flooring options and also made it really easy to communicate with me and my husband as my husband does not speak English very well he is A Spanish speaker but her customer service was amazing over the roof I wish I could get this type of customer everywhere I go she sat down with us for over an hour very patient young lady and sweet we made are purchase with her and are very happy and are looking forward to are new tile will definitely be back to make purchase with her in the future :)

I can always depend on the fine employees at this store; no matter what department I am shopping in.

Hi guys I came here to buy Weed Killer it was a smart buy for me. 1 gallon pre made was over $23 including Battery operated spray Wand , they had Concentrate for $19 before Taxes which makes a little over 5 gallons, a tip when you spray add a cap of dish soap helps to Stick to the Plant Thanks Johnny

I love walking around here. You never know what you'll see and want to take home for your DIY projects. Staff is always helpful and I love that there is a bathroom available to customers because you will want to spend extra time shopping not running back out and back in.

Clean, organized and fully stocked at all times. Great staff, with good customer relations, I feel comfortable shopping at this location.

Enough employees to handle questions quickly and correctly. Also made sure I didn't forget any thing I needed to finish my job!

Best store in socal, clean and amazing service had some troubles in making a paint and the worker named Sam helped me out perfectly amazing customer services and problem solving with her will definitely be coming back for more paint here!

Just wish that the people attending the iles would get better training so they can be of better help don't get me wrong is just that the newbies they don't pay attention to they're post assignments

Customer service never disappoints! My husband and I come here very often and 9/10 the workers on the floor have gone above and beyond to get us to where we need to be, and even gave us great advice with regard to affordable options.

I bought my dryer for a year, and the drying net was broken. I went to home depot and didn't have this accessory, so I bought one online. I found it wasn't the same model and it couldn't be used at all. I went back to Home Depot today, and the staff paola and Winie helped me patiently. I am very grateful to these two beautiful women! thank you

Kirk in electrical you made my day! I normally trouble shoot everything with my father, but I just lost him last month. So today I was doing a project on my own and it should of been easy but nope it was a abnormal item again. Well feeling a little lost God put Kirk in my path and he helped me as my dad would of. I mean it's Home Depot. I wanted to buy a fan for my garage, and found an entire section of fans near the front. I was in heaven. My only disappointment is that they didn't label the area "OnlyFans".
