This review is for my last visit. Previous staff was burnt out and very unkind, I hope they are being retrained or doing something they enjoy more. The new staff is great and I hope they stay.

I have been a client/patient at this location (Bradley rd Menifee, CA 92585) for many years. To be completely honest with you I was getting ready to transfer all of my family's prescriptions elsewhere when my husband was in an accident and underwent emergency back surgery. Previous interactions at this location were hit and miss however, I always felt like I was bothering them when I visited to obtain my medications.
This time I was running on very little sleep, my son had a previously planned surgery a day prior to my husbands and I was overwhelmed. I entered the pharmacy about one hour before closing on a Saturday and my husband had been discharged late in the day. It was 1/8/2022, my husband was at home in severe pain. To my absolute horror the hospitalist neglected to fulfill her commitment in sending the medication to the pharmacy. I called the Doctor's office on call number, the hospital nurse that had helped with his discharge and worked with a new to me employee at Walgreens.
Nigel, Antonio, Justin and Curtis went above and beyond to help this exhausted wife and mother. They reassured me that they would do everything they could to help me. The prescription finally came across at 5:59 PM. They could have told me they were closed, the old staff did this often. They could have left me to return to my husband but they didn't. They stayed, filled the medication, explained the procedures to administer it and above all else treated me with such compassion. I will keep all hundreds of dollars of prescriptions at this location. I will post reviews on YELP, GOOGLE and send emails to corporate to ensure they receive the recognition they deserve. I hope you see the assets these employees are to your company.

Walgreens is a big drug store with a 24 hour drive through

The Walgreens in sun city is one of the best pharmacies I have ever done business with and I'm an old-timer so I've been around. In particular Sonny, the pharmacist, is always willing to take my calls he's very patient an extremely helpful. This is the first time I left a review for anybody so I must be impressed. The entire staff are well trained and professional individuals that care about the customer

I stopped into the Sun City Walgreens today to print some pictures. I was already dreading this experience before I went in due to countless times I have seen people in there confused, frustrated and searching for someone to help.

I was completely shocked when as soon as I stepped in the door a worker named Jacob immediately asked what can I help you with. I told him I needed to print some photos. His response...let me know if you need help I’ll be right here. Not only did this guy make continuous rounds checking on me and another customer, he made sure to let us know about the deals tab before we checked out.

Of course I had questions but this dude was right there and EXTREMELY helpful.

WALGREENS, KNOW YOUR EMPLOYEES WORTH AND PROMOTE AND GIVE THIS GUY A RAISE!

Great for anyone who banks with NFCU. You cannot depoit. The sales are great. This place has a great section for cheap snacks.

I do find things I need here although I did find very empty shelves on several aisles. Not sure why? Great helpful staff. Thank you
