Good selection of cleats, shin guards, etc. to outfit your child. Management needs to be informed that there are more than 7 professional football teams in the world.

I went to this store to purchase a new pair of cleats for myself. The young man who was working the store at that time was fairly polite and helpful he informed me that if I was not satisfied with my purchase I would be able to return them and exchange for something different which made me feel comfortable in purchasing a shoe that I have never owned. I have never owned Adidas cleats. He also informed me that the particular pair of cleats that I picked out were a great choice and a lot of people like them. They were $100 after getting the cleats home taking them to my game and wearing them on a turf field 4 a few minutes I was uncomfortable and decided they were not the cleats for me I took them off and put on my old pair. Now these cleats are in perfect condition with zero wear marks all stickers inside still attached no dirt discoloration scuffs or anything to show any signs of wear. When I took them back 3 days after purchase to return them and exchange them for a different pair the owner. Or who I think was the owner was in the store and refuse to allow me to return them because I had worn them outside of the store which is against their return policy. I don't understand how you can decide if you like something if you do not wear it I also do not understand how the store can stay in business if they do not honor any type of quality return policy. I am very unhappy with my experience and I will not be back.

Store is too expensive. Owner is a jerk, doesn't treat customers right. Most of stuffs are from last year or 2 years ago. Go to Dick's Sport that is close to them and much cheaper. Or try Sports Authority that also has good prices.

Poor customer service and expensive. I kept asking when they would get in a specific jersey (I had to buy it there because I had a gift certificate) and they kept telling me to come back next week. After 4 weeks of this, I finally just spent the certificate on other stuff. I'll go either to Dick's nearby or shop online from now on.

You mean women play soccer, too? NO WOMENS or GIRLS ITEMS FOR SALE. Owner looked at me and my daughter up and down. Really didn't seem to care that they couldn't help us. Don't bother going!
