Big Diehl Peppers

I discovered Big Diehl Peppers as a bloody marry competition in Pittsburgh PA. I bought the heaven and hell and Face Melter on the spot. They are so good and by good I mean hot!! No B.S., just hot hot peppers dried and ground. I ordered my second bottle of Face Melter and added Wildfire to my mix. Wildfire may be my new favorite.

The blends we get from Big Diehl are always excellent! They're a perfect way to dial in exactly the level of heat and flavor you want in any dish. They even created 2 custom blends for me to use in bloody marys at my bar! Super down to earth people who value their customers and the superb quality of their products. Highly recommend.

My husband has bought several of Big Diehl Peppers' spices, and he loves them. The hotter the better he says. The best part is, not only do you get the heat that spicy food lovers enjoy so much, you also get FLAVOR. Which tends to be hard to find, when you want something to kick up the heat in a dish. Needless to say, Big Diehl Peppers got him hook, line , and sinker from the very first sprinkle he ever used.

Great peppers for pretty much anything that you want to add heat to! My favorites are for chili, sauces with a kick, and Indian recipes that we make. The owner is extremely knowledgeable in all things peppers! It is fascinating and informative.
