AT&T Store

Had an amazing experience at this AT&T location last Saturday! First, I've been to this location twice now for my services and I highly recommend! Not only are the staff extremely engaging and polite, but also super knowledgeable and truly want the customer to be satisfied and informed. I had the pleasure of being helped by Chassidy at my recent visit, and she was able to help me upgrade my grandfather's phone after it completely died. She was super helpful and made sure all our questions were answered. She was also able to inform me more about the benefits of AT&T's Protection Plan! I will not hesitate to return to this Walkertown location for any of my future business.

I recently went into this store looking around to find out prices for phone cases, chargers, etc. I was immediately welcomed by the assistant manager, Corbin, and his team. I was impressed by how they carried themselves professionally. Not only that but the drive factor of wanting to help customers get what they want or need. It made my experience there a joy and gave me a sense that, when I go to upgrade or buy more accessories from THIS store, it will practically be hassle free, fun, and exciting! So this is why I’m giving a 5-star rating. Customer Service was impeccable!

Awesome experience. Corbin and John were the representatives at the store and were extremely helpful. They worked together to get me and my wife a new phone, and we have honestly never gotten in and out of a store quicker. They were patient and kind and extremely helpful. Can’t wait to go back when the time is right!

This store is staffed with friendly, competent folks. Kenzie waited on me today and was extremely helpful. Because of the fine service I received today, I am returning to upgrade my wife and my phones.

I went into at&t in walkertown today and had an amazing experience! It's the best at&t store around in the Kernersville/walkertown area! If you come in to the store ask for either caydon, Corbin or Gary! They helped me so much today and I'm very thankful for them to be working in this location! Will be back!
