AT&T Store

Zach was really great to work with at the AT&T store in Setters Ridge Robinson Township. He was very patient, courteous, friendly. HEe took the time to go over everything and explain everything to us. I highly recommend

We were having serious issues with ATT phone Customer service in porting out our son’s phone number. We finally went into the ATT store at Settlers Ridge on December 28th and spoke with Zack, who was one of the managers of this store. Absolutely fantastic service!!! He was THE ONLY one who spoke with us and actually resolved our problem. He spent over an hour trying everything he knew to do to solve the issue and in the end he finally did it! He deserves a raise for all his hard work. Also, the rest of the staff that we spoke to that day were wonderful. Thank you again Zack for all your hard work!!

I went to the store today with a phone that was not functioning properly. I wasn't sure if it could be fixed or if I needed a new one. Jett was fantastic in reviewing my account, trouble shooting and coming up with lots of options to save me money. He was able to fix the issue so I didn't have to rush into buying a new phone. I am so thankful that he was the associate that worked with me.

It was great! I had a very pleasant rep she was quick, so knowledgeable, hands on answers to all my questions & make me feel good about my purchase! Taylor introduced herself & approached me & everyone who walked in. She even talked me into buying accessories that I wasn’t going to do but discount helped. I’m happy with ATT never going back to other carriers. Thanks for your services!!

Jett is an absolute legend. We came in to connect cellular to an Apple Watch. Not only did Jett efficiently take care of that but also found a fraudulent charge on my account. He went above and beyond to help get this corrected. He was patient and calm and helpful.

Took my parents to get new phones and could not have had a better experience. Jett not only took time to find the right phone and plan, but was also able to find better solutions for their tv and other services. He took the time to make sure they understood their options and devices without them feeling pressured.

Taylor was awesome to work with in switching our phones from Verizon to AT&T. She was so kind, patient, knowledgeable and so helpful. We appreciate her hard work and staying late for us! Probably the best service we’ve ever gotten. Thank you Taylor :)

He did such a good job setting up my wife's phone and answered our many questions I decided to buy an iPhone. He had to convert my android phone to the iPhone. Which I knew would take a long time,so we went to lunch and every thing was ready when we returned to pick up the phone. The cost estimate was carefully calculated and was explained in detail. We received very good service and attention. It was the best sales person that we encountered for technical products.
We will recommend that AT&T store for all my friends.

Holy moly! The store manager (I didn’t ask her name) was awesome. Getting my new phone was seamless. Even though they were sold out of the new iPhone when I asked to see the colors she showed me her well manicured nails that were matched to each and every color available. She sacrificed looking fashionable for customer convenience which is next level crazy and committed. She should be the next commercial girl! Wow!

Jett did an incredible job! He educated me on much more than my cell phone like how to save over $100 on my internet and cable. Overall GREAT experience and I highly recommend him for your next cell phone purchase!!!

Taylor was an outstanding employee today. Made everything so seamless and easy, and we are confusing people. Being in customer service myself for over 30 years, Taylor would be top on my best customer service list. Great job!

12/10/23 Jett was able to take care of the situation with both of my phones basically becoming bricks and my girlfriend's phone all at the same time. Great multitasker. And doing it all while training someone and explaining every step to them.

I had the best experience working with Taylor on setting up my new iPhone . I hope these large corporations compensate team members like her . She is great at interacting with customers , and she goes hard on representing the At&T brand ! Thank you Taylor 😉

Zach was great! He took care of me right away. I wanted to replace my damaged iPhone SE but he didn’t push me to buy a more modern version, he just got right to it. He’s friendly and a great conversationalist. Zach has taken care of me and my wife before and recognized us. In my opinion, it’s the best AT&T store in the area. He’s my guy from here on out.
