Had to take my 6 y/o to get COViD tested and the pharmacist in the drive through was kind, patient, understanding, and professional. Neither of us was traumatized by the event.

The woman working the drive thru today around 12:45 was so nice, helpful, and got my prescription to me quickly even though it wasn’t even in their system yet.

Mostly a great pharmacy. Only have messed up my prescriptions once. Prescription changes seem to get messed up sometimes. But was fixed.

The staff are wonderful... And cute.

Every month I get the same two medications. Every month the pharmacy blows up my phone and e-mail because they can’t fill ONE of my prescriptions due to an “insurance issue”. I call them and they explain my insurance is fine but the medication is “out of stock”. I wait to pick up both at the same time, and after waiting almost a week for the “out of stock” medicine to fill, they put them back on the shelf after one day, the morning I go to pick them up. I feel that if I get the same prescription every month, there should be no issue filling it every month, you shouldn’t have to order it every time I need it filled. I feel like because of the nature of my medication, and it being a stimulant, I’m being punished.

Came here to buy a couple things and my husband wanted to use the restroom because we have been on the road for hrs. He couldn’t use it in peace all because staff kept knocking on his door over and over again. So we left and took our business else where. This is how you lose out on money, you’ll never know what a customer coming in for. No one’s here to mess around we’re too polish for that.

This locations pharmacy has been the biggest pain. I was told last week right before I had to go to work it'd be 30 minutes to get my prescription. I sat for 50 and they decided to tell me they gotta wait to get a hold on my dr cause they can't read one of the prescriptions so instead of telling me that I wasted my time when I could have finished other errands. The one prescription I really needed was my inhaler which was clearly legible with the MG and they wouldn't even give me that one cause there was no other time I had available during the week to pick it up. Starting to be no better than CVS

Will definite be switching pharmacies for my next order. My wife was in the middle of getting our prescriptions and the gentleman behind the counter told her they have to close for lunch and cannot finish pulling her order. She would have to come back after lunch. Couple that with NEVER being able to get through on the phone, prescriptions that take 4 days to fill and the hospital told them they were needed that night (they WERE done but never called until 96 hours later) and wrong prescriptions and it's been enough now.

After this prescription gets filled, I am switching! 5hrs after a scripts sent in from the Dr @2:30 still no prescription. Online chat was useless, told call the store, after 26minutes of automated hold, i went to the store, waited in line to be told we're short staffed. I said I've been hearing that since corona started, and it's getting old. She said should be ready in 30 minutes. A blster pack in a box doesn't take this long! The longer it takes for me to get better, the longer i'm off work without pay!

The pharmacy is the worst. I waited 20 minutes at the drive thru with no cars for the pharmacist to approve the medication. (Never got it because of the wait) We have tried to come pick up the meds for over 2 weeks now and when we do they are so busy we can’t wait hours. I have changed my pick up location. Now it’s time for my husband to do the same.

Waited in the drive thru line 11 minutes before they were closing. Knowing that there are cameras, they knowingly shut the window let alone not acknowledge me at the window or even apologize. When I rang the bell, they finally answered and said the pharmacist left already. I was at the window at 6 and your pharmacist left? Went into the store to see if I could get my medications and told them the same thing and had to literally argue with a manager to get corporates number.

Get it together! Psych meds took 4 days to fill only because I came in and called corporate!!!! You're messing with people's lives!!! You don't answer phones, your drive thru takes 30 minutes ALL THE TIME! GET IT TOGETHER PEOPLE

This pharmacy is incredibly understaffed!!!

I must note this is not the usual Walgreens we pick up prescriptions. We had to have my daughter's prescription sent here because our normal one was closed. My husband walked in over a half hour after the order was called in and was told by Olivia they had received her order but it was 24th in their email and it would be about a half hour wait... No problem, we decided to wait in the car. At the 30 minute mark he tried to call in. After sitting on hold for over 15 minutes I decided to walk in. While I was waiting I witnessed Cassie prepare some vaccines for an appointment and for a while she was the only employee I saw in the pharmacy. Eventually I saw another technician working on the drive thru, but I didn't see the pharmacist until after my prescription was filled. I waited about 20 more minutes in that line (I was the only one in line when I walked in other than the vaccine appointment) until she was finally was able to receive me. When I gave her the name and birthdate I was asked very cautiously if my daughter was a CAT... when I responded no she searched in their email to see they still hadn't typed it up. A technician, definitely NOT the pharmacist mixed our medication which I'm fairly confident is illegal...

Anyway.... Hire employees and give Cassie a raise. She has incredible personable skills that suppressed my inner Karen when I have a sick baby and time matters. I truly appreciated her professional and calm demeanor while I was clearly very heated.

Severely long wait times. Prescriptions can take several hours. This isn't a sometimes problem, this is an every visit problem. Update: one year later and the problems continue to get worse. They also now get scripts filled off site and this can take days to get the script. Good thing it isn't medication or anything .../s

The staff at this pharmacy are rude and inept. They lost my prescription I was told was ready for pick-up and while waiting for them to fix it, I observed them ignoring/harming a disabled woman in line. As a medical professional I felt I needed to stand up for the disabled woman, and when I did, I was attacked by two pharmacy staff. Don’t go here.

I would honestly like to know why I was lied to about a prescription. I called on the 16th of December and was told that my prescription went through my insurance and would be ready by the 19th. Well the 19th comes around and they tell me oh sorry it didn't go through your insurance so we didn't fill it and it'd be $200. Um no! Call me next time! Do your job! This is honestly ridiculous because I called and ya'll said it'd be ready!

And again no prescription ready it’s always outta stock same as two weeks ago!!!! someone needs to be more on-top of ordering medication!!!! if it’s empty u should order to make sure u have stock now people have to wait till whenever because y’all didn’t fill your shelf
