Today I wanted to get the Shingrix vaccine. It was in stock at my local CVS (not Bishop and Chardon), but the staff there was not competent to bill my insurance correctly, and offered to sell me the vaccine at full price (more than $200). It was not in stock in other places I checked, including CVS Bishop and Chardon. However, the pharmacist at CVS Bishop and Chardon was kind enough to call my local CVS, and instruct them how to correctly bill my insurance. Thanks to her, I was able to get the vaccine, fully covered by my insurance.

I drove to this location after dealing with rude pharmacy staff at another location. Andrea in the pharmacy was PHENOMENAL. CVS needs more pharmacy techs like the ones working at this location. They turned a bad situation into a great experience.

Stopped here recently looking for some pizzas that were on sale. They were out of stock but the lady checked in the back didn't see any. She was nice enough to right a rain check for us. Very friendly!

Pharmacists are knowledgeable and personable. I use drive through and wait time is zero to minimal. Highly recommend!
