Great mulch selection I have to say, I went here this recent Friday to get mulch for a project and they had plenty. I also found a snail and it fell on my friend and he kicked it. Poor sail. Great black mulch I have say didn’t see any red though. I love Home Depot and America so much.

Honestly, finding knowledgeable help is potluck.
HOWEVER one person who works in the paint department is EXCEPTIONAL.

Yajaira is extremely professional and incredibly helpful as well as precise in offering exactly what the customer needs. She is to be highly commended and Home Depot should have her train all support staff.

Bill at the PRO desk is probably the most patient and helpful person I've ever worked with. I had a large order with almost 40 products from my contractor and he diligenly went through my whole list multiple times with me. For items not in stock he made multiple phone calls to his suppliers and did all the calculations based on what my contractor requires and how the items were sold (how many packages or bundles, converting inches and feet, etc). I asked him to check multiple times and each time he happily did it and did not complain, push or argue with me once. Every time I came in, he made time for me and never rushed me out.

I feel Bill is a gem of a person to work with and I am so happy to have found him!

Does it's job as a nearby hardware store. Prices are middle of the road, and it's pretty well stocked so you'll probably find what you're looking for.

Very helpful and knowledgeable workers. They took time to get things down from shelves, open package and to explain differences in products and terminology regarding bathroom vanities. Very, very nice patient people. I was not in a great mood when I went into the store, nothing big just one of those days but all went exceptionally well as the workers seemed especially sweet that day. Who knew go to Home Depot for mood boost!

Smaller store but has a lot of knowledgeable staff.

Made an online purchase and needed a quick turnaround for pick up within a couple hours. Just wanted to give recognition to Ed W. from the customer service department who was very helpful.

This is the biggest home depot I ever seen they had everything.

Had what I needed for cheap. Went here to rent a flat bed truck to move some furniture. Worked out great. I used this before and will use again. Very helpful staff in the rental area.
Update: Picked up an online order of lumber. Great service.

There was a communication issue between the Home Depot store and the delivery team that delivered our dishwasher to our home in Concord, MA. Rocky was extremely courteous and helpful to resolve the problem and the delivery and pickup of the old DW went very smoothly. I was impressed that an individual customer (me) was given the personal attention that was needed to deal with the delivery contractor and get the difficulty ironed out. Thank you Rocky and Home Depot!

The people who worked here were so friendly and made me feel important and welcomed. I sincerely couldn't have been happier with my shopping experience that day. Actually, the carriage I got pulled to one side, which was annoying, but the customer service more than made up for it. The customer ahead of me was checking out and needed to make a phone call during checkout, and an employee with a deep voice and a baseball hat saw me waiting for this and he brought a scanner over to me and walked back to another checkout counter so I didn't have to wait. It was awesome. I'll definitely be returning here on a regular basis.

Found what we wanted and self service checkout was fast and easy. Update: Went on Black Friday and the store was somewhat busy. The staff was very helpful.

For Sale Cashier John, I've been going to your store 20 years or more. You guys have a bunch of great cashiers. I've never taken the time to write a review for a cashier. This guy didnt initially wait on me but saw that I needed assistance and ran to the back of the store for the code for a fellow cashier and helped 2-3 people within a span of 5 minutes. Very aware of his surrounding and very good at problem solving quickly. I would try to keep him employed. I even went back to buy chips just so I could write a review for the man. Thank you very Sale Cashier John 😁

For the past several times that I have had to come here, the staff seemed very evasive to customers looking to get help.
When I finally did manage to find someone to ask where I could find an item, they had no idea as to what section that it might be near.

During my most recent few visits, the staff have been much more friendly and knowledgeable. I was approached twice during my last visit and asked if I needed help with anything. I was walked to the section that had the items that I was looking for, and the employee that accompanied me even helped me find the exact item that I needed.

This store is absolutely fantastic. One employee in particular named Chris in the delivery department is one of the kindest and hardest working employees out of any of the home Depot locations and I'll for sure be returning to this particular location for that reason alone. 15/10

My go-to home center. They don't always have what I'm looking for, but they do more times than not.
Today I was greeted, and helped by an employee who asked about my needs and what I was doing, knew his product lines, and helped me locate two items that will serve me well. It made my day.
Self checkout was a breeze.
I just wish they would provide an alternative to those flimsy plastic bags.
