Nice cashier and staff Now that West Hill Hardware this seems like the only old time hardware place left which I think is true at least in this part of town Smells just like a real old time store and has an actual hardwood floor in the oldest area of the building The man that waited on me was very helpful and was pleasant and seemed to care about my needs So A++++ and a Five star rating They were the only place I have dealt with this week that actually answers the phone!!

I needed an adapter for my kitchen sink faucet to make it rotate, and the man was able to use my piece to find the right item in no time!
I also needed fasteners for a concrete wall and a bit. I did not have any kind of driver for the kind of Tapcon screws I purchased, and I never would have known had he not asked!
I was in and out of there in no time with exactly what I needed and no fear of it not working!
Thank you, Swan hardware! I discovered you approximately 40 years ago and I won't go anywhere else!

Knowledge!! The staff knows homes around here including mine. They’ve been in business for 100 years or so and they know what to do. I would recommend them over any other store 50 times over. The advice I get along with my hardware is infinitely valuable.

We needed a flared fitting plumbing part. These guys got it together for me. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. We will be back.

Dont waste any time browsing if you dont need to, plenty knowledgeable help get you in and out, everyone is friendly and it has that mayberry appeal. I have shopped here for years, not exclusivly but when big box isnt in the cards come here, time stands still in here.....eat your heart out home depot, you got a friend here!

This is my go-to hardware store. The atmosphere is so welcoming, and every worker is happy to assist you. Trust me, they will find it or get the information you need. Need anything? Go here first, you have to go to 5 stores instead.

Has most hardware supplies.Went to buy a spray faucet for sink and was told how to replace it.Also was given info to repair my snowblower.Friendly and very knowledgeable.
