Went in to pick-up some Benjamin Moore paint. The associate was very helpful and pleasant! I was in and out of the store very quickly too. Thank you!

I've never had a bad experience here. The service folks are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. You pay more, but you get more than your typical box store. They are very conveniently located as well. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service. I forgot his name but I was in store at noon on 12/26/22. The older gentleman who rung me up, helped me carry my water softener salt bags to my vehicle. No one has ever offered to help do that at other stores. Thank you!

Called in an order while my wife was grocery shopping and she picked it up curbside.

I've been shopping at the Lunenburg Aubuchon ever since I bought my house 14 years ago. The manager helps me problem solve, understand the process of the making repairs and offers options when my needs exceed what he can offer. The store is clean and well lit. The staff is friendly and the prices are at or below the other hardware stores in the area.

As always, we can count on the team at Aubuchon to give us great advice when it comes to home projects!

My husband loves our local Aubuchons! They treat you like family each and everytime.. They always have what he's looking for. I thoroughly love their Spring, Summer and Fall flowers/plants they carry, the best quality I can ever find in my area!

I have had to make a couple trips to the local big box home improvement stores in the past week, and the mandatory mask policy looks more like a sad joke. You see the staff's noses out all the time, and they remove their masks regularly. It doesn't make me feel safe.

When I go to Aubuchon's, on the other hand, everyone wears their masks correctly. I don't feel like I have to play a constant game of dodge-virus. Beyond that, they are always friendly and helpful.

During a pandemic, customer service means more than having answers and grabbing extra stock out of the back room. It means looking out for the well-being of your customers and your employees. The Lunenburg Aubuchon's seem to be getting it right.

Another one of their great stores just on smaller scale. With a good selection of products available for needs. Also staff of employees are friendly and helpful.

I like this little hardware store as all the help are very generous with their time and talents in helping me make the right decision in what I need or want to buy. They have never steered me wrong.
