Staff has always been friedly with me..
And has told me different times of medications that do not interact well.
Or when a Docter had ptescribed more then was recommend by the drug companies for a child.

My last two visits to CVS have been great. Staff was extremely helpful in photo department and staff today was friendly and helped me find a phone part that I needed. Store is clean, staff is so nice.

I use to buy more items there. Everything costs a lot. They want you to do all this stuff to get the sale price. You can go to Walmart and buy stuff cheaper without playing a bunch of games. The Pharmacy continues to get worse. The store is nice although when they built the store they should have made the drive through on the west wall. I find it awkward to go through it. The building its self is not at a correct level. The parking lot is graded and sloped to where the rain water moves toward the structure. I think the whole corporation has a lot of things backwards. How they became as big as they are is beyond me!

I recently had an extremely disappointing encounter at this CVS pharmacy that I feel compelled to share. Yesterday, I entered the store to address a pressing medical matter and was met with a level of treatment that was not only unprofessional but deeply distressing.

Upon entering the store, I was immediately accosted by an employee who rudely questioned whether my dog was a service animal. I calmly explained that my dog indeed serves as a trained service animal, designed to assist me in case of a medical emergency. However, instead of understanding and empathy, the employee responded in an abrasive and disrespectful manner. He outright dismissed my explanation, claiming that my dog was not a true service animal and therefore unwelcome in the store.

Undeterred, I produced the official letter from my service dog trainer to corroborate my claims. Shockingly, the employee refused to even glance at the letter, insisting on his unfounded stance. Matters escalated further when he threatened to involve the police, a threat that left me both flabbergasted and concerned. It's important to note that my primary reason for being at CVS was to access the pharmacy for my medical needs.

As I attempted to proceed with my visit to the pharmacy, I was subjected to additional humiliation when the employee shouted after me, stating that the police were on their way. Despite his attempt to intimidate, I reminded him that he held no authority over my actions and expressed my hope that he would have an unfortunate day himself.

The distressing treatment didn't end there. The employee shockingly chose to follow me to my vehicle, not only taking photographs of me and my vehicle but also recording my departure. This invasive behavior not only heightened my sense of vulnerability but also added to the unnecessary stress I was already experiencing.

This entire ordeal was not only an affront to my dignity but also put my health at risk. The hostile environment created by this employee's actions threatened to exacerbate my medical condition, demonstrating a severe lack of empathy and understanding on his part.

It is worth highlighting that I was fortunate enough to find a more welcoming and compassionate environment at another retailer, specifically the Walmart in Flora. This Walmart staff embraced both me and my service dog without any issues, illustrating that it is possible for businesses to create inclusive and respectful atmospheres.

In conclusion, my encounter at CVS was a deeply disheartening experience. The blatant discrimination, disrespectful behavior, and intimidation tactics employed by this employee are not only unacceptable but also a violation of basic human decency. It is my sincere hope that CVS takes this matter seriously, addressing the inappropriate conduct exhibited by their employee, and taking proactive steps to ensure that such incidents do not recur in the future.

The techs are helpful and nice. The pharmacist that I have been dealing with the past few months has been rude and seems irritated with me every time I talk to him. He messed up a RX for my father and then tried to tell me he didn’t mess it up. Unfortunately this is the only place that fill his Rx in Flora so we’re stuck or we have to drive to another town which I’m considering

VERY RUDE. Cole is always in a bad mood. He should find another field to work in. Cole is rude to customers making remarks to people about the medications they are on. He should find out WHY the medications are needed or taken before making horrible degrading remarks to people. Under staffed and what staff they do have are extremely slow. (This has gotten s little better but its still bad) It takes all day to get a script filled. They ack as if they're doing you a favor. The last i checked its their job. I do my job they should do theirs with a smile. They run out of medication often. I drove to centralia and back before they got my script done (no joke). Its not a cvs thing its a flora CVS thing.

Very slow on the uptake. Long waiting periods. Calling is a waste since no one ever answers. If you have options I suggest you look into them. There is just no customer service and seems like all staff is just zombies coasting through the day without paying any real attention to anyone or anything else. With COVID now on the rise again people use the phone and if no one answers that means many people lose time and patience. This place needs more people to help run the store and more enthusiasm so plcustomers will come back.

My daughter had a script sent over at 9 a.m. I got a text to call them about my insurance it took 3x of calling before anyone answered the first time I was on hold for 7mins. The second time was 15 mins. And the 3rd time when they finally answered was 32 minutes. They couldn't figure out my insurance so after work I had to go by there to get it all worked out this was at 3p.m. they told me it would be about 20 mins. And they would have it ready. Its 5:30 p.m. now and Im still waiting.

After the countless times of me going to pick up a prescription and it not being ready, I still go to drop off a prescription today and I wait in the “drop off only” line for 20 minutes and watch 4 cars in the other lane get waited on! Still no one so much as acknowledged me being there. I Will never go back! Officially changing my pharmacy!

Always on hold for 15-20 minutes even when calling at non peak times. It's never even busy in there......I guess they just don't answer phones.
