American Eagle & Aerie Store

My first time shopping here was 9 years ago. Since then, this store changed locations in the mall to the main section. They are still well organized and stocked with many different styles.

The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Also eater to assist and answer questions. They also monitor the fitting rooms very well so you don’t need to seek them out to unlock a door.

There is a nice clearance area in the rear but these aren’t necessarily super discounted but sometimes just returns or online purchases.

It was my first time visiting this Aerie location and everyone was SO helpful and understanding, especially Ariel! I came in to exchange a poorly-fitting bra that I had ordered online, and one of the employees quickly called Ariel over to help me with sizing.

Ariel was very professional and efficient -- she found my measurements in no time. She kindly brought multiple styles of bras and even a tank top for me to try on in order to see if the size was correct; she stuck around to help me adjust as needed. The bra I was exchanging is no longer in stores, but she had me try on some alternatives that were as similar as possible and she made sure to check if the bra I wanted was still available online so she could order the correct size and have it delivered. She was beyond patient and personable!

Just received my replacement push-up bra in the mail and it fits perfectly! Thank you so much again, Ariel :) Will definitely be back here in the future.

Tommie and her staff was AMAZING! I called looking for a specific item for back to school and she placed them on hold until I arrived! She greeted me at the door with a warm welcome and she also made suggestions to complete my order. My shopping experience was GREAT and I will be back! Thank you Tommie

Long story short, I had come into Aerie a couple times before my experience yesterday. The first time I couldn't try anything on but got fitted so I atleast knew what to look for, the second time I came in with a fitting room scheduled and tried on some items so I could exchange one of the items I had previously bought. The first time, I had to order a couple bras because they weren't in stock at the store. When they finally arrived to my house I tried them on and they were way to big. I tried measuring myself but kept getting skewed numbers. Que yesterday. I went in with a fitting room scheduled, tried on what my measurements told me and still had nothing. I finally peeked out of my dressing room after hearing someone fitting another person. I let her know that I had been here three times now, the size I got when I was here last isn't the right size, the size I keep getting isn't either, and I just needed some help. Chloe with Aerie helped me for I kid you not atleast an hour. She sized me and we played around with what the issue could be and she offered different options and just stayed and helped me. Any woman could probably tell you that bra shopping is the absolute worst! If you need a bra fitting and just help finding the one that fits you the best, ask for Chloe, she's awesome!

Stopped in today for a pair of jeans I saw online that I wanted to try on, Alexis was so helpful and kind while helping me. I really appreciate honest suggestions and that she helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Thank you again! :)
