Used my gift certificate to get a pretty mice selfie stick w/remote. Everyone is very helpful and they also carry more photography gear than any other Best Buy in the area.

Geek squad is phenomenal. Would give them more than 5 stars. Bryan explained everything and they handled and completed the clean up of a hacking quickly and completely. Could not have gone any better. Highly recommend.

It's been a while since visiting Best Buy in person and we were excited to experience all of the updates. We've become accustomed to ordering a lot of household items online. The visit to the Annapolis store was fun, they have such a great selection of appliances, home audio/video, mobile, video games, and even electric bicycles. We'll for sure be back there soon, if even just to browse and check out all the new tech!

Went to buy a gaming laptop on Black Friday. Femo was the associate helping us and he asked the right questions to understand our needs. Ended up getting a gaming computer instead and I am so glad with the purchase. He explained everything and recommended one. It was a little more, but it had a way better BF deal for a better computer. He was great and I will definitely come back and ask for him specifically regarding any computer or gaming purchases.

I did not purchase their membership that I use to have because I couldn’t get help on my refrigerator that I purchased from them. Now I have to deal with a broken ice maker and no resolution. So I do not recommend buying appliances from Best Buy in general, but will always go to this store for electronics.

Love every Best Buy but the Annapolis team is definitely the one with the best customer service and friendliness. Harry and Shahbaz went above and beyond for me today. Thanks for the help!

This location provided excellent customer service. One of the representatives actually helped me look for a few wires I needed for a computer; he did not just point me in the right direction.

Went there to pick up a TV we ordered online and that process was seemless. Staff greated you at the door. Another staff member spent some time showing us a new product.

Super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Recently renovated. Lots more product categories than I realized. Apple store inside too.

Easy parking, we could also see they offered curbside contactless trunk/car delivery. We were liking for a wireless speaker for the phone and spoke with a sales clerk who offered good information. They were out of stock at the store and he told us we could get it delivered free to our house before the holidays. Fast and easy check out with sanitation stations throughout the store.

This best buy is a step above the rest. Customer service was top notch and the aesthetic was appealing as well as inviting and fits a tech store like Best buy perfectly.

Wow! We went to Best Buy this past weekend to buy new TVs for our condo that we just bought on the Eastern shore. The experience was fantastic. Gone are the days of having and hoping to find someone to help you and have product knowledge. We were met at the door by a customer service rep and after telling him what we were wanting to buy he immediately connected us up with Katelyn who was extremely knowledgeable about the products and over the top helpful with our purchase. She gave us our complete undivided attention and helped us get everything (TVs and sound bars) we needed to include organizing the Geek Squads installation of our purchase. This visit was well worth 5 stars and more and a big thank you to Katelyn.

I was going to do a very negative review after purchasing 2 Chromebook 2 printers to be delivered to 2 different addresses, after calling customer service and doing the live chat getting frustrated and angry; I went to the store Monday, the young lady working customer service was getting confused when I asked her for the store manager, then loudly she gonna state I do not have to be rude when I just didn’t want to make the delivery to be made worse. The manager came thought he had fixed the problem, because I was told it could be picked up at another store on 9/1. On 9/1 when my niece went to the store, there was no order to be picked up. Went back to Annapolis Store definitely heated and asked for the manager I got Spring who listened intently, and began dealing with the situation she made it able for my niece could pickup her Chromebook and printer from another store in the same area. Spring worked magic and diligently to ensure one of my nieces had her order. Next day I was back in the store because the warehouse had shipped the other Chromebook with an incomplete address and it was being returned, I witness as Spring was working corporate customer service to try to get things done they hung up on her, she called back and the individual instead of listening to Spring, she was turning the situation all around until Spring had to basically say please stop and listen. Spring tried to work magic again to resolve the situation, but this time she couldn’t. But what she did do was to establish a action plan once the Chromebook was received back at the warehouse. I never had any problems with Best Buy before, but after this ordeal I was never going to use Best Buy again, Spring changed my mindset, Spring is the best asset at the Annapolis Store. She worked hard to ensure the customer leaves the store happy. While she was working on my order problem, she would still try to assist other customers. Spring works magic while multi tasking. Spring has the magic to listen to customer, resolve issues and be wonderful at the same time. Thanks Spring for working your magic. Best Buy give her a Bonus, promotion something she’s worthy of it.

Took my laptop to be fixed and received great service. Wait time initially was long for the Geek squad service. Annapolis store definitely needs more staff members.

We were referred to this location by the Glen Burnie store because their professional camera equipment collection was substantially more extensive. They allowed me to try the lens with my camera before purchasing. The only downside was that we had to still had to order anything we wanted to have shipped to the store or shipped to our house. Hoping the lens comes in safely through FedEx today 🤞

First curbside pickup since the health scare and it was great. Definitely waited until the storm calmed down but the Best Buy curbside assistant was well prepared with raincoat and plastic bag covering the actual purchase. Thanks for keeping us safe during these times.
