The sausage and boudin was so fresh and delicious. I bought ribs and chicken as well. My husband makes it look really good after he smokes it.

Great meat prices. I love the fresh in-store made boudin and sausage. Many different varieties/flavors of the sausage and boudin which is the main reason I shop there.

I'm from Mississippi, so a lot of the items I look for from home I can't find. But here they have all my stuff! They have hoghead cheese, too. Pyburn's has been helping me put soul food on the table every other weekend.

The meat is always fresh. They have the best boudin in town. They are professional and even when it is crowded the wait is not too long. Try the marinated leg quarters and wings, take the best on a grill or BBQ pit..
