I visited this location a few days ago on Labor Day. There was only one employee working. I went in to take a passport photo. After waiting a few minutes, he was able to assist me. Even though the store was pretty busy for one employee, he was pleasant to everyone and gave each customer the time he/she needed.

I visited the downtown Fort Worth location and was turned away for a passport photo because "they were too busy." There were several employees working, with the same crowd as the Beach Street location. Customer service is everything and this location definitely has it.

I would like to recognize the kindness and professionalism of two associates who could not have been nicer to me at the photo department yesterday 2/3/21. Many thanks and kudos to Chynder and Jose for their patience and help. Walgreens is fortunate to have you you on their staff.

Best Walgreens anywhere. People at Pharmacy are always going out of their way to help out. It seems the Pharmacy manager instills this on all their people. Truly the best.

Old School Pharmacy feel. Pharmacists who care, thoroughly explain what you are taking, interactions to be careful of, and make recommendations and give advice when asked.
