Sid went above and beyond providing exceptional customer service. Immediately my friend and I were welcomed, asked if we needed anything.

I’m going on a trip to Canada so they recommended the travel isle for me. This was a great suggestion as I found so many things I forgot I needed!

Over Sid was personable, professional, and extremely helpful! And to top it off, I actually lost my keys in the store and Sid found them for me!!

Thank you for the great experience. I’m also from New Hampshire and this was by faaar the best CVS I’ve ever been to. I wish they had ones like this where I live!

After 3.5 hours trying to fill a prescription through 4 other avenues, with a raging fever - I finally landed at the Acton CVS. The pharmacist called the urgent care, stayed on the line and persevered until my prescription could be properly transferred and filled so I could start getting better. They must get all the people whose attempts have fallen through elsewhere in addition to all of their regular customers. The staff and pharmacist could not have been more warm, friendly and caring. So much appreciated when you are feeling horrible and frustrated. A++

My wife gets all her prescriptions at one CVS or another. We also get personal care products here and after holiday candy! They are always very busy.

Was pleasantly surprised that my Rx refill was filled on time, no trouble and the staff/pharmacist were super helpful. My CVS closed at 8pm and forgot to get my Glucose Sensor refill. I called ahead, they filled it within 20 min, ready for Pickup and was on my way. Pharmacist even helped answer a question about my insulin.

A nice lady Nelly explain to me all about some cosmetic products ....and i loved to use my cupons.

I love this CVS. This new store is pretty and the staff always do a great job. It's also really nice to have someone to help reccomend what facial care things I should use for my skin type. Other people have complained about the pharmacy, but I have never had a problem here. Maybe it was an off day?

This CVS is by far the cleanest, most helpful, friendly CVS I have ever been in. That is why it is MY CVS.

Great CVS. Clean, easy to find items, extended hours. They have a great beauty consultant, Sharon Hamel. She has recommended multiple products that I love, saving me $$$. The cashiers are pleasant and helpful. Wish I knew them all by name. Dipta is great. Great supply of COVID items like hand sanitizer, wipes, and masks.

Definitely a 5 star flu shot experience! Pharmacist Sonia George administered a totally painless shot and I am not exaggerating. She is an expert! Took in both of my daughters for their flu shots too. Then we came out with $15 in coupons! What's not to like?🙂🙂🙂

The pharmacy is always so responsive and accommodating! Tonight I got the pleasure of dealing with a specific pharmacist that couldn’t have been more kind or helpful! I could not recommend this store more!

Everyone that's annoyed with cvs in maynard, try cvs mass ave acton..they always answer the phone,always very nice and helpful,rxs are always ready when they say they are. I couldn't even give the maynard store 0 starsit says I gave it 5 stars I didn't they did that I give them 0..the maynard cvs gets the 0

The store is a little far from my old place, but was never hesitant to visit place (open 24 hours!). Good equipment generally. I wish they had a self-service machines, but overall had no issues with customer service.
