Hafer’s is by far the best gun shop and gunsmithing business I have ever been to. They have such a huge selection at both Hagerstown and Falling Waters locations. The staff is so friendly and they were able to get my pistol repairs done in a timely manner. I was even told that it would take a few months to get all the parts in and it only took less than a month ! I have purchased numerous firearms from Hafer’s and they make the process so easy and quick, even with the transfers. I will definitely be returning and recommending all services at Hafer’s to everyone I know ! Thanks Hafer’s !

Art and Tim blew me away with the attention they showed me while explaining the fundamentals of the AR-15 I brought them for repair.

TJ has been helping me - even through email to purchase my first firearm. Gave me a decent price and was ultra accommodating to my novice understanding. When completing the MSP and on pickup - both service reps were pleasant, knowledgeable and made good recommendation for the firearm I purchased. I will be visiting again and looking forward to more purchases!!!! It's a drive from where I live, but you will go where you get good service... here or WV store!!!

I have been in many gun stores across the US in 6+ decades, and Hafer’s ranks among the best I’ve seen. The staff is helpful, without being clingy, and very professional. I recently bought a new gun, and Seth and his colleagues helped me select the perfect one for my needs. The selection of available products was great, and paperwork was completed quickly and easily. Whether you are a novice looking for your first gun with lots of questions, or an experienced gun owner looking for an additional tool, you can feel confident at Hafer’s.

My first visit to Hafer’s was amazement at all the goods available for purchase. I purchased a hand gun last year and the salesman showed me at least 6-8 examples of different manufacturers so I could decide what to purchase. The selection was great.
I also had a shotgun delivered to Hafer’s and paid a small fee to take it home. Everyone is always nice and I feel I am a customer for life.

I recently attended one of their Wear and Carry courses, and I can’t recommend these guys enough. Their staff genuinely care about making sure you get the support you need no matter your skill level in firearms or confidence on the range. They’ll get you where you need to be and take obvious pride in doing it too.

I am always hesitant when I visit a new store, I have to build a relationship with the vendor so that they can earn my business. With Hafer's Gunsmithing I didn't have to wait for long.

The establishment is amazing. Very organized, well lit and you can find what you want very easily. It is also very spacious, making your shopping experience excellent.

I spoke to Darren when I first got there. Very knowledgeable and courteous salesman, he listened to what I was looking for and offered numerous suggestions to satisfy my needs. In the end I ended up purchasing more than I was originally considering. Hassle free transaction without any salesman pressure tactics.

The staff here were very accommodating and friendly. After going a different ranges for years I know the level of service can vary and be discerning. After looking at customer reviews I took a well over an hour drive here to check out their shop and it was worth it they took their time made sure I was comfortable with my purchase. They were well stocked. And both of my visits I wasn't rushed and I was undecisive I had their undivided attention. They are well blended group of personalities

I had a great experience, the zoom class was great. Due to my age I was glad to have the choice of in class or zoom, and zoom worked great. Both the Maryland and West Virginia locations are awesome! They have quite the stock of guns and ammo. The staff are super nice, helpful and always up for a chat or to share valuable knowledge! They treat their customers like friends, always happy to see you.
