I went in to buy a fit for my son and a young Hispanic dude put me up on swag. My son loves his fit. Very down to earth environment, friendly and professional

My son loves this store. I take him a couple times a year I never spend less than $300.00. There is a small Hispanic young guy who is very helpful and every time we go to Icon. He is always very helpful and willing to go above and beyond!

Called in and got told they buy shoes, brought in the shoes hoping to sell. Employee told me they were used, I told him that they were never worn but he insisted that they were used

Came to shop here because i was told they have alot of nice shoes and hats. There were customers smoking in the store, and the workers that worked there were ok with it. Very unprofessional. Its more of a hangout there than a store.
