I'll do anything to not go to Home Depot or Lowes which usually means I'm making consessions on price (at the least) but that wasn't my experience.

I was left alone to browse until I had questions, then I was given ample time to ask all my ignorant questions, and all of them were answered. No upselling or condescending BS. He even anticipated some questions and answered them before I asked.

The experience was a welcome departure from what I get at THD, where it's hard to find help... let alone help that can manage to string 2 sentences together.

I'm glad I came to the Home Outlet. I'll definitely be back again and again.

I have been using this store for years. I own and flip multiple properties and found that although the selection may not be as extensive as larger stores they have great prices. The reason I keep coming back here is because of the staff. The people who work here really know their supply and how to help. Most recently I worked with a kitchen designer who recommended I check measurements because they did not seem accurate and she was correct! When my cabinets came in, 2 employees helped me load them in my truck. Great job!

Staff is helpful and great prices

Thank you to Rich the manager at the Dudley store. We had an issue with assembling a bathroom vanity and he said bring it in and He would be happy to help us. He fixed the issue in 5 minutes right in the parking lot in the back of our truck! He clearly explained the issue and how he fixed it. Excellent customer service from Rich which is a lost art in today’s world! Thank you again and we will be back in the future to shop!

Rich, the store manager, has his team trained well. They are always willing to help and do their job very well. Recently had a big kitchen renovation... I could not have done it without them! Offered the right products and solutions for my project.... Amazing!🤘

The guys at the Home Outlet in Dudley, MA were fantastic. They patiently answered our questions, and cut the outdoor carpet we bought for me and even helped me load it up! If I could give more stars I would, I will go back again and again, thanks guys!

Rich is the best above and beyond always, all of his staff is of the same caliber which makes the hour and sometimes more trip that much more stress free knowing I have and always will leave there with everything I need as he consistently double checks. Sure I could shop closer Grossman but the level of professionalism, integrity, and fun could never be replicated. Been there done that. See you soon Rich !!!!!!! and staff.

The entire staff is very co-operative and helpful. Did a lot of shopping for my flip project. Returns are very easy and they also accept open box returns.

I wish they carried more variety of products.
