Monica and her colleague were so helpful. They made excellent efforts to show me the products and suggestions. I wouldn’t have know what to purchase without their help. Very professional and polite . Highly recommend their shop and excellent customer services

Love this store. Walking in you’re greeted. The layout is spectacular, organized and well stocked. Felt like there was an endless amount of items here for everyone’s needs. Upstairs there is their clothing section. The lady who helped me was restocking and provided assistance when asked; not hovering over me which may make one feel uncomfortable. Did not feel pressured at all. She even offered to make sure one of my products was operating before I left.

Employees are very nice, attentive, and knowledgeable. The store is kept in good shape from top to bottom. In regards to the social scene of the store, I feel that there is a larger clientele of bisexuals who frequent the store.

The employees couldn't be nicer! The store has a huge range of products and has a great range of pricepoints. It's easy to find whatever you're looking for at a price that works for you. Plus, it's just so fun to look at everything they have because they carry A TON of products. This place is definitely my go-to adult store, it's always a fun time.

I had the most experienced a great fun time here with my boyfriend he’s older in the more conservative type and really saw him explore his in his desires more any and we enjoyed a lot of the time here and talking about things that we normally wouldn’t talk about to each other. It’s so much fun and I know we’re gonna have to fun tonight that Customer Service was amazing. I learned something new things.

Store was beautiful. I came in and was greeted by 2 of the most wonderful ladies. brea and amanda. I’ve bought toys before and was disappointed.. it’s been a few weeks now so I’ve been able to use my toys to give the most honest reviews. These ladies catered to my every need. Just by telling them what exactly it was that I was looking for in a toy. They really spent time with me and made me feel ever so comfortable to speak about things I wouldn’t even try to explain to my husband. They were very knowledgeable. I am one very satisfied customer. And will be returning every chance I get!

My husband and I were on vacation in Vegas in 2021 for my birthday. The customer service was amazing and it was extremely easy to navigate the store without asking for help. If I ever end up in the area in the future, I would definitely visit this store again.

This place was amazing. We met some great knowledgeable staff that made us feel safe and secure about asking dumb questions. Lol we found everything we were looking for at very competitive prices. We hope they open the on line website soon. We live in Oregon and would love to keep ordering.

I hope this is the right Superstore, but Tara deserves a shout out and some much needed praise. She did an incredible job making me feel welcome, she asked great questions, made suggestions and even recommendations.

It was nice to have someone who really knows what they're talking about in such a delicate setting.

Stopped in the other night and Jessica was super helpful and friendly (give this girl a raise!). They have a huge selection on everything and your guaranteed to find exactly what you are looking for! This is my go to store in Vegas it's a must for locals and visitors. Stop by and check it out!

This Store has everything you can think of to make any fantasy become reality in the bed room! Stopped into the store since we saw it while grabbing food we are from Los Angeles not our 1st time in a store like this. Prices are very reasonable, I love that they have a large variety for everything size, flavors, colors, budget ect. The service was AMAZING we ask Stevie a few questions he didn't make not one conversation awkward! He was very helpful amazing personality!

My fiance and I have been here about 4 or 5 times in the last week. Staff is super friendly and this place is pretty huge. The prices are GREAT! I don't think I have ever left an adult store with more than one thing before. Each time we've come in, the staff has been helpful and conversational -- which is great for people who may be nervous about asking for help. Thank you guys for your help!

Response -- well my fiance loves the gift I got him! The staff helped me pick it out : it was the wireless massager*. For me, I bought a lot of lingerie/thigh highs -- which is rare for me to do. So far my favorite piece is the one staff gave me from the mannequin. I am in love with it!

We stopped by today and I have to completely sing Brittneys praises! She was so knowledgeable! She answered every question! I felt completely comfortable that I was getting an honest review of products that she felt would be good for what I was looking for! Her energy was FIRE! She was energetic, kind, and very welcoming! She made it a breeze to shop here! Major props to Brittney! I’m sure the rest of the staff is also amazing but this girl went above and beyond great customer service! So impressed!

I’ve come to this store a few times and not saying that the customer service sucked but I’ve never had anyone give such great customer service like the girl named Alex she greeted me right when I walked in she answered all my questions helped me find things even when I was bugging her she really was awesome and one thing I love is GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I just hope that someone actually reads these and acknowledges her because she definitely needs a raise because she really was awesome will definitely be back to this location to shop.

This place is bigger than expected and clean BUT the best part was the personable customer service provided by Brittany!!!! She was very informative and sharing her insight and experiences which helped us in making a decision what would be best for me and my boyfriend. Clean facility. EASY parking and convenient location off the strip. Friendly and super fun staff makes shopping comfortable and pleasant. Knowledgeable in products and very quick to assist with concerns and questions. Lots of options for products, toys and adult wear (plus size included).
