I went into AutoZone yesterday for a simple headlight change. I was helped by John. Bought the headlight and it turned out to be the wrong one. “No big deal, let’s get you the right one” John says. By this time the store manager Melissa came in and they both began to help me. I struggled to get the new headlight in and Melissa came out to my car and instructed how to get the bezel clamp off. Due to it being a HID type headlight she told me to make sure not to touch the bulb. She even got all the tools I’d need to do it myself which was a life saver. I got the bulb in and still nothing. I went back inside and got a brand new bulb and still nothing. She did a little research and advised me to check a hidden fuse panel under the hood and that this specific vehicle takes a fuse for each headlight due to it being HID equipped bulbs. I looked and located a blown 20amp fuse. So not only did these two give me every tool I needed, came out and guided me , spent over an hour with me in/out of the store and gave me multiple bulbs w/ballast. They found out that it was a $ 0.11 fuse and it saved $133.00. This is ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐ service !!! These are incredible humans and extremely good at their job. They are extremely intelligent and very dedicated to making sure the customers are getting the right parts and even going as far as to come out and check progress and help with tools. They saved me hundreds and kept me out of the dealership which would have been even more money. Faith in humanity restored. Go see Melissa and John!

Melissa and Colt were amazing! I burned up a bearing on my camper and they went out of their way to assist me. They helped find the tools so I could pull the old bearing off of my spindle, they researched parts, they helped troubleshoot small issues, and they even let me pack grease into my bearings inside the store (it was a monsoon outside)! They were very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to get my camper back on the road! Thanks again, you turned a less than ideal situation (camper trouble) into a truly positive experience!

Larry was so helpful, kind and really took the time to go the extra mile to make sure I was getting exactly what I needed! I haven't had such an awesome experience with customer service in quite a while! Definitely will be a return customer!

Went to auto zone and purchased front and rear universal joints for my 1980 Ford f-150, 1/2 tin truck. The sale representative was very nice, friendly, helpful, smart about what I needed. Computer showed 2 different sizes, so he told us to be safe purchase both sizes, for front and rear and whichever doesn't fit, bring back and get refund. My wife kept the receipt and also entered our email address and got a copy of receipt in email. Had absolutely NO problems or issues at all, what so ever returning the extra set. Great customer service skills. Thanks again. Have a merry Christmas and happy holiday season from my family to yours. Will most definitely continue to bring my business here to auto zone for all my future business. Thanks again.

Was checked out the other day by the employee Christian and he was extremely kind and helpful. Will definitely be returning to this location for future car needs.

Very helpful staff. Read my engine code and gave a printout of what was wrong. Also installed my new wiper blades (made it look super easy when I always seem to have issues). I will come back to this location again

Fabulous customer service. Thanks to Kelley our son was able to get his stranded truck back to Greensboro. He had a blown serpentine belt and a dead battery. Kelley loaned him a battery and tools so that he could get enough power to get the truck back to Greensboro for repairs. So kind.

The management in here (Larry & his coworker can’t remember his name) were more than happy to point me in the right direction without spending a fortune. Grateful for honest people who aren’t trying to just make money off you but, help you solve the problem.

They have oil others don't

The guy who answered the phone was knowledgeable and professional. I took waste oil here and they dumped it for me. (Many places just point you to the oil disposal and make you do it yourself) didn’t harass me about a mask which is nice

I was getting ready to head back from a band competition across the road when it appeared my alternator might be going. I stopped in and the two employees working (sorry, I can’t remember their names) were so helpful. On a Saturday night, in a small town...they were trying to find a local mechanic to replace my alternator. My truck, having a mind of its own, decided it wasn’t necessary. They tested my battery and alternator and both were fine. Although, I didn’t need anything that night, I was impressed by the two employees going out of their way to try and help me. Thank you!!!! I made it home!

(I paid, had my battery changed, he checked the levels on the battery & altenator and I left With-in 10 Minutes)
