Absolutely amazing people all around, but especially the pharmacy! The professionalism was top knotch for getting the vaccine. Both doses, I had very very nice pharmacists. But when I got the 2nd dose I started feeling dizzy and fainty, when I got up and got a snack with water. Just a couple of minutes later I asked for help and the pharmacist stopped everything she was doing just to sit with me, and make sure I was okay. She was totally understanding and she completely distracted me from how I was feeling. By the time I had to leave I felt much better. So I just want to say, thank you and I really appreciate you guys for taking care of me 😁

This pharmacy handles all of my prescriptions. The entire pharmacy personnel is incredibly nice and professional. Nicole, one of the techs, is super friendly and helpful.

Prices are high but that's to be expected at Walgreens some things are the same price as Jewel-Osco like milk sometimes and it's a whole lot quicker to get in and out then the bigger stores plus evening staff that works there seems to be a whole lot nicer than the daytime people which makes it a bigger plus to go at night.

I am very unhappy with the Pharmacy dept. I always used the online software to order my prescriptions, and kept track of them and my history of ordering, too. Then, on my most recent visit to the site, I could not find the prescription icon/photo for the medicine I need. My Dr. had told me that there were 2 prescriptions available currently. The Walgreens chat responder told me that any prescriptions that are older than 15 months are deleted automatically. This is wrong, because sometimes I don't need certain meds, except every 16 or 20 months, and there should at least be a record of the medicine that I bought there. Now I have to go back to my Dr. for new prescription, even though I have a valid prescription ? Huh ?

I went in to fill a script. They actually had to count out nothing. The medications are already pre done. Zpack and epi pins no counting necessary.
They said 45min to 1hr. Umm ok.
I update my phone number. The girl then reads it back. I respond NO and repeat the last 4. I go to pick it up. They say you’re not entering the correct number. Same girl. I said this is my phone number she responds it xxx1. I say no I corrected you earlier and told you xxx9. You entered it wrong. She respond with I don’t make mistakes and we are understaffed. Here’s an application. I said you need to fix my phone number she refused twice. Terrible customer service at this store. I’ll go anywhere but Walgreens from this day forward.

Okay, if you are a business like Walgreens on Orchard, you don't stop someone at the door to check their pockets if they just spent 30$ at your store unless you have clear evidence. It is ethically wrong to do that to good paying customers. It will be the last time I go there. Trust your customers unless you have clear evidence in which Eva Damian did not. Bad business. Now you have lost my business along with the business that my family does there. Eva Damian, The Store Manager made an ethically wrong decision by doing what she did in front of her employees. Only to then find out how she didn't have any evidence to prove why we had to empty our pockets, and when we emptied them found out we stole nothing. Your branch may have recieved 30$ but it will be the last time I spend any money at that location.

Schedule ls my Covid booster appointment here. Plan on waiting for hours since they’re understaffed with 1 pharmacist that can administer the vaccine. Hire more people for the amount of people you service.

Pharmacy mgr. Tom, lied to me about being a doctor to get my medical history because otherwise he would not give me the meds. This happened after he spoke to my doctor to confirm.
