The security stickers are missing/broken on pretty much all of the pumps. Didn't notice until I was already pumping. Brought it up to the clerks at least 2 weeks ago. Went back today and still nothing done about it.

Normally like them but as a gas station how do you completely run out of gas for a whole day

An employee told myself and 2 others walking to the door that there was no cashier and locked the door. Google and the door sign both claim they are open for business, which they are not. This location locks customers out on a regular basis.

Worst gas station ever due to it being understaffed. Came in during the morning time and there was a line of about 20 people trying to purchase their gas and food. I asked the employee where the manager was and she said that she had not arrived yet to work and she was the only employee on the shift. God bless this woman for working so hard and not losing her patients. I must have waited 15 minutes just to buy one soda.

We went into this location several times over 5 days as we were doing a job nearby. Poor service. People do not smile and say hi as if it is painful to say. When ordering food: very slow, seemed to forget you were standing there waiting, walked away and did not acknowledge, food condiment bins, napkins and plastic ware not filled and they were not so busy that they could have not filled them. Went in to purchase beverages and price rang up higher than advertised- salesman did not know how to correct, suggested we could put back so we paid higher price. Day before, a different salesperson was knowledgable to correct. Not impressed with breakfast: no flavor and asking for extra was a joke. A very thin spread of beans. We did have lunch on the last day. It was very good and finally we had a friendly face get our order together. She needs to teach all the other employees how to provide service in a public place.

Would give a zero if I could.
I go inside at 950.am to order some tacos. 7 egg and ham please. The cook says nope can't do it they don't have enough and will not be cooking more because breakfast is almost over. What time do you stop I ask. 1030 am. What? You have over 30minutes. For real? What kind of service is this? I will never go back and the sad thing is they don't care.

Worst customer service of any Stripes ! My family and I will drive an extra 5 miles to go to any stripes we can. Normally they have excellent customer service, great selection, and are reasonably priced. This stripes has the worst customer service of any stripes we’ve ever been to. We were working in college station on the national hotdog day and went into this stripes because it was the closest stripes to where we were working went in the store six different times and they never had one single hotdog. Went into the store today they had no hotdogs ask if we could get some and were told it would take an hour to cook them! When I complained knowing that it doesn’t take an hour to cook hotdogs the woman behind the counter told me “that’s not something we do back here that’s something they do in the front don’t get mad at us because we don’t care”
Asked to see a manager, lady by the name of Tammy told me she was the store manager, I told her I did not appreciate her employee being rude and I wanted hot dogs, she told me “We have any” I asked for her manager she told me she didn’t have one !
We left the store went down the road 2 miles to a different stripes got hotdogs something to drink and right then decided we will never be back to this strikes again. My recommendation to anyone who shops at stripes, find a different one where the manager is not rude and neither are the store employees.

Every time I come here, the credit card machine is down.
