Dollar General

The store manager trains his associates to be very friendly and helpful. I've never walked in to a grouchy face,always smile and greet as well as remembering small details. Outstanding in-stock and cleanliness ! Best one in fort worth!

It always has good prices, and really cool items that work surprisingly well for the price. And the employees were very kind!

Out of ALL the DG stores (and any store similar) this by far is my favorite location. Simply for the fact(s) that whenever I go there upon waking thru the door I'm ALWAYS immediately greeted, the staff there has always been friendly and upbeat and outgoing and beyond helpful. I have never had an issue finding or getting any item(s) that I went there for (I don't recall them ever being out of stock on anything I personally went there to buy) tho usually I end up leaving with easily twice as much stuff than originally planned. (I blame their low prices for that, tho truthfully I just have a shopping as well as an arts and crafts hobby addiction!). They never seem to mind when I take hours to decide what to buy and most the time they'll try to help me decide! The looks of the location does show the stores/buildings age but they do a great job at keeping the store clean and organized!

Well organized, very pleased. The lady that checked us out was so sweet. The prices are reasonable. Although I did see a couple of things I could get at Wal-Mart for a few cents cheaper. But over all, I will return!! :)

The employees here are very friendly & polite, even when it's a few minutes to closing time & you come in with a grocery LIST! They aren't rude & they don't stalk you telling you (face to face) every 45 seconds that the store is about to close like they do to you at some OTHER 'Dollar' type stores.

They're open again! The refrigerator drinks were cold and they had what I came for. The only real issue they have is the same one every other business is having: staffing numbers. Just not enough people to keep it in tip top shape.

Hey @ W Watson, if you see this the reason why this Dollar General is temporarily closed is because they're REMODELING THE STORE. It takes a while for them to finish everything. So get off your high horse and stop acting like they need to open immediately. 🙄

How have I missed this DG? Whoa! I guess I just don't get out much cuz this location is amazing! There is All kinds of stuff here! Outdoor activities things, kid's stuff and the clothes section is really cool too!

These guys are just a little corner store, basically, in the little town of Haltom City; but they're the staple of the neighborhood. Everybody is very friendly, I've never seen the store in a dirty or unkept shape, and they never seem to be out of anything that they usually stock.

It's a wonderful place and the workers are friendly. It's kind of like an old box..

The cashier was so nice and very helpful. He even suggesred somewhere else to check for something i couldn't find there.

tip the teller when you walk in the door and they will gladly overlook whatever you want to walk out with your own personal discount.

Love it friendly staff..Better service than the Parole office next door..REAL TALK

I am really grateful to the cashier who helped me out and it seems like lately I've must be timing it right because I have not been stuck in a long, slow moving line
