I came into the store with a package that I needed to ship ASAP. I was greeted by the manager Sailmia who was a delight to work with. And the owner is a nice guy as well. Thank you both for making my shipping experience a priority and a pleasure. I will definitely keep shipping with you guys.

I use this location and come all the way from Jacksonville due to their quick service, friendly staff, and their consistent hours of operation. I come to this location a lot to do Amazon returns and each time employees are always super friendly and even if there’s a bit of a wait, you’re acknowledged by staff that they’ll be with you shortly which I appreciate. This is the place to come to!

Best service I have ever received from a UPS Store. Best employees..... efficient, fast, friendly. We really cant ask for more. We travel 22 minutes to and from to use this store and no other!

On three separate occasions I needed email documents printed, signed and returned. Each visit Jashaun helped fulfill my needs with a smile. Thank you 😀

This is actually an update to a previous review. The owner of this store called me personally to discuss what happened during the transaction at this store. It goes without saying that this is a small business owner who cares about his customer base. My package arrived at its delivery destination despite the mix up in mailing/confusion. Again, customer services is clearly at the top of this store owner's priority list and that goes far in earning business. I highly recommend we all support our small local business owners who care.

I had three packages to send out. Blake was very professional, tentative and knowledgeable. I was very impressed to say the least! I’m a General Manager in my profession so seeing this in an associate these day’s I had to leave a review! Rare qualities to find in employee’s anymore! I’m new to the area and he answered all my questions. I’d give him a raise if I could! Thank you Sir for the great experience doing business with you!

Above and beyond!! My friends and I had ridden motorcycles from Nashville to Surf City. We had some boxes to ship back home , but no way to get them from our beach rental to the UPS store.
Without hesitation, Carlos offered to use his own vehicle to pick up our packages and bring them to the store. Who does that nowadays? He refused to take our offer to pay him for his help. So, I can only thank him and the Staff by leaving them a 5 star rating.
Use this store for all your shipping and printing. People like Carlos and the Staff here need to be rewarded with our business

I hope the store owner reads this. I love the location of this UPS store, and I am usually made to feel like an appreciated customer. However, today, I was outside the door 10 seconds before 8:00am (opening) holding my package. But, the employees did not open the doors until 8:02am. I am guessing the clock they were working off of for store opening is a few minutes late compared to cell phone clocks. It was rather frustrating and awkward to stand on the other side of the door staring at the employee who was also standing there waiting to unlock the door. I hope the owner will fix the clock issue!

I wanted to say the employees and manager Cindy are very friendly and helpful! I went a few days ago, organizing my husband's important paperwork that needed to be faxed. The employee Rikki helped me with my husband's health documents because they would not email to the store properly from my phone. She went the extra mile to go on the computer and assist me getting my husband's health chart printed. She faxed forty pages for me. She was so helpful. With everything going on in the world, having reassurance to get done what you came to do and with friendly service is refreshing. Funny part is my husband's name is Rickey and I am Cindy. So I felt like it was divine intervention! Thank you so much everyone. Will be back for other needs. I highly recommend!

What a pleasant trip to this store today! I have always had a positive experience with this store’s professional and friendly staff, but today Nikki went above and beyond and fixed numerous mailing errors from another shopping store as well as beautifully packed a box of lego sets for shipping. Definitely recommend this charm of a place.

Truly the best experience ever at any at shipping company . I just went in there for an Amazon return . As I was carrying a large box and my daughter this amazing gentlemen that worked there came out to help me with the box. Both employees were smiling and friendly the entire time . Customer service here is absolutely amazing !!!!! I would give 10 stars if I could

I stopped in today for the first time. I had to email some pages because my scanner at home was not working. I had the PLEASURE of working with Michael. This gentleman was incredibly helpful. Took the time to help me as I have never been to a UPS Store before. He answered all of my questions. I was about to leave and I noticed a Star Trek picture on the wall, and I asked him about it He explained that he had printed it out. I asked if he could make me one. He did. Now my purchases today did not amount to about $10.00. But you have made a fan of The UPS Store for life. I travel a lot for work and I will utilize your services where ever I go because of this man and the time he took with me. Customer Service seems to be a thing of the past, but not today. Michael was great and should be commended for his work ethic. I would hire him if I had a company. You have a good man there. The lady at the register was also nice to deal with, I am sorry I did not get her name.

Great store! Carlos and Derek were a huge help when sorting out one of my shipments! I highly recommend them to everyone in the community!

I was helped by a gentleman named Derek. He was very knowledgeable of his job. He was extremely kind and courteous. I appreciate the effort Derek applies doing his job. His skills were right on!
