AT&T Store

Maria at Dora ATT did a fantastic job explaining everything to me about a new Iphone. She explained all about the monthly billing for the new phone over 36 months and she set everything up for me. She also transferred everything from my old phone to my new phone which was great. I would not have been able to do that very well. She was very friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend her anytime you need any help with a phone with ATT. I hope she stays at that store for a very long time. :)

Not much to say but the manager was really sweet to me and helped me find everything I needed. Best service I’ve had in forever

It's actually under new management. They are much better and will look at your bill and try to save you money. The new manager actually cares

When I enter the store she greeting me with a smile and welcome me to att and she told me her name but I forgot her name and she is a keeper all the store don't smile like she does

I have always received great service at the Dora, Alabama AT&T store. My phone service, and home internet works well in my area. I have used this service for over 5 years now.

Reps were able to handle my "needs" with no foreign country involvement. We actually were able to communicate because we were in the same country and these workers were able to do what you have tried to make do online and take days to reach the correct resolution person. I have held for hours, only to be told I must call back in. The treatment of your retirees is awful! Trying to get help is terrible. I will now go to the non-AT&T store to handle since you refuse to let retirees deal with American employees. Found the true at&t stores to almost always have higher prices on products than Authorized dealer locations!

The jasper store employees weren't very friendly it's safe to say snotty. I will NOT go back to the jasper store.
I decided to try the Dora store. Stacy and Ashley were very very helpful with ALL of my questions. And there were many. No matter the question they could answer. They made sure I understood everything with the change in my service and with all the new phones. They make a great team and I believe they deserve raises. You just don't find Knowledgeable people like that anymore. Thank you Stacy and Ashley for all the continued help. You guy are great.

The staff at At&t Dora are Awesome! Every time I have had a problem in the past it has been taken care of in a timely fashion. Kenzie is has helped me on numerous occasions. She is a asset to her company. Thank you.
