The Home Depot

If you havent been to home depot idk what to say! Lol home depot is home improvement products. It offers various products, including building materials, home improvement supplies, hardware, electrical products, kitchen and bath products, flooring and paint products, appliances, and lawn and indoor and outdoor garden products. I find it cheaper than lowes.

I am normally a Lowes Guy because it is closer. Recently project work has motivated me to drive a little further so I can talk to someone if I need help. Lowes has go e downhill with their Staff...you can never find an employee on the floor

We purchased a Samsung washer and dryer from Kannapolis Home Depot. The dryer started giving us some trouble so I called Samsung. I could not understand the person’s accent so that was a lost cause. However, I went to HD and Darrin, a manager in appliances, got results. It took a while but he did not give up. Samsung sent two people to our house. They found the problem and since it is still under warranty there is no charge.

Phoebe is hands down the best I have ever worked with. She is always patient and kind. She helped me with a remodel project, and she has gone above and beyond to answer the MANY questions I have. She has met with me several times, and she has helped me coordinate colors throughout my entire home. Hands down the most knowledgeable and best employee that I have met thus far!

My goto shop for all accessories for the home or work. It's convenient and friendly employees that make you want you to come back.

Every home depot is different, but this one seems to have a great team of people with lots of positive energy. Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable within their departments. We've been remodeling for about a year now, and I always have a pleasant experience here.

This Home Depot has a great selection and the team is constantly on top of it. I've come here for a variety of needs and tools, and on the rare case it's not in store, they've worked to get it brought into me within days. Even when they're busy running around getting work done, the employees will take the time to fully invest in you and take care of you (great hiring and managing on the upper end).

Went to this location a hour prior to close the look at paint since we have just became home owners and we’re also super stressed from the move. Aaron took the time to answer every and all the questions that we had as well as put us in the right direction for color, brand and sheen and was very patient and thorough even with the time crunch. We were not even planning on buying that night but the next morning we were on our way to making our new home our own thanks to Aaron’s help and expertise. Best customer experience I and my partner have had since moving from Florida.

Great store that very stock shelves great staff fairly quickly in and out any questions were answered and they have plenty of handicap parking and the load your products into your car for you if you ask an associate

As we approached the door, a staff member helped my husband with an electric chair due to his having trouble walking. She also pointed out the way to appliances. When we got to appliances, a staff member greeted us as we walked up. We did not have to look for service! He showed us the washers and dryers in a relaxed manner and answered questions in a friendly manner. It wasn't long before I was sitting at his desk as he put my order in the computer. A lady came up and introduced herself as his wife and we had a nice chat as he finished the computer and paper work. Oh, Home Depot, even with gas prices, delivers for free and takes old appliances for only $30. Can I recommend Home Depot? With a strong YES! I would give them more than five stars if I were allowed. The absolute best service I have ever had!

Alliana and Danny at the flooring section were so amazing! I had been struggling to find someone to replace my carpet, but Danny helped me find the exact match. Alliana was proactive in making sure I was able to get what I needed done. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. When I couldn’t get through to anyone else despite calling multiple times, Alliana was always there and ready to help! I’m thankful for my experience because of these two. They really saved the day.

This is just my opinion, but this is by far the best, and my personal favorite, hardware/home improvement store. The staff are always very friendly and will gladly help you find whatever it is that you are looking for.

If you are looking for tools, this is the place to be! Love that they carry Milwaukee M12/18 tools plus DeWalt 20 volt. I have 2 Husky wrench sets plus a 33 piece 3/8 same & metric sets that I rather enjoy using for work. It would be nice to see a home Depot location in the Salisbury area

Sometimes when I walk in I get overwhelmed with the amount of DIY I want to accomplish. 😍All the items I shop for are always in stock. (Ex: tsp, cleaning vinegar, storage bins, hot glue sticks, paint brushes/paint rollers, tool sets, paint, etc) The staff is courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. Never have to wait too long to check out. Prices are fairly decent. Items I get are always good quality and I've never had to return anything . (Which is a blessing, considering most manufacturers skip out on quality materials and cheap labor to make them.) Overall a great place for all the home improvement and DIY you can handle. 😁

I use the home depot in Cloverleaf Plaza in Concord. I have currently been renovating a condo in Concord so I have been in and out of that place day after day. Kesha at the front check out was SO friendly and helpful during my recent visits. I AM female and I AM new at doing home projects so I didnt always know exactly what I was looking for or doing. Kesha was able to help me find my answers efficiently and quickly! Thanks girl!!
