This place should be called Staple instead of Staples… Because Elizabeth is The Staple of this place… without her there, I don’t know what this place would do. Even saw her working later than the manager (how she wasn’t the manager blows my mind).. she could put Elon Musk out of business with her level of efficiency, works HARD and is SMART… But that being said she has helped a bunch….. and style?? Talk about style! She’s got it, love her hair! Don’t lose her Staples or you will just be S… because you would have lost the Staple of the business.

I needed a poster for a class printed in a hurry and the Print Center came through for me! Elizabeth was cheerful and helpful. She had the poster done in less than 20 minutes!

Yesterday, I had called them up about their printing services and they were super helpful! I had my artwork printed and the quality was so good! It looked as if the drawing freshly came out of my sketchbook! Thank you guys for the amazing services and keep up with the good work!!!

Lauren in the printing section was extremely helpful with an urgent print job for a retirement ceremony that was occurring within just a few hours.

She made us feel understood and worked extra hard to get us out of the door quickly with a great product.

The sales manager at this location is top notch. I went in desperate for a laptop charger for my work computer. I had already tried two others from best buy and they didn't work. Last ditch effort I took my laptop with me to make sure that the one I bought worked. He had a store one and tested it to see what I needed. I bought it, and it didn't have the right adapters for my laptop :(. He said here I'll just give you this one. Oh. It doesn't fit. Here take the cord that works for your laptop and I'll keep this one. Life saver. Great customer service.

I was just in the store in the copy and print section and I was assisted by the most wonderful associate with long dreads. This gentlemen was very knowledgeable about the pricing and was able to complete my order on the spot. Only thing i have a slight problem with is this gentlemen was rushing around the copy center assisting customers without any help and it looked like all the other employees in the store were doing nothing including the manager who was just watching this young man work. I think this staples should either hire more people in the copy and print section or at least train its employees to help in the copy and print.

Ryland (young man with long dreads) in the Copy and Print section of the Garisonville Road Staples in Stafford is outstanding, both at his many jobs and at making each customer feel important. He was highly skilled, detailing for me my many options in paper and machines. He was careful and precise with his directions in use of the customer-use printers for mock-ups. Mine did not work so he made the mock-ups for me. As the copy center became increasingly busy, he kept a professional and polite demeanor. He handled the needs of every customer with detail and care, making everyone feel important no matter how small the job. He cycled through the many customers as he worked through their needs and changing status. Always unflappable. He even answered the questions of fellow employees. Although young, he is not a "diamond in the rough." This young man is a polished gem. Staples will benefit from doing whatever it takes to keep this young man interested, learning, and moving up.

I came in late with a 11x17 homework project that needed to be reprinted or blown up by a copier. It took 30 minutes because the computers and the copiers did not like the usb drive we had. Finally we went to plan c and got the project copied - in the end we were treated so well in an otherwise stressful moment that I had to give the copier staff and the manager kudos for their friendly service.

I think the copy center runs very smooth when I have come in, especially when the gentleman with the braids is working. He is very friendly and is willing to help everyone even when it is a line of people,. He does it all by himself with no help.

Never any issues here. Staff is always friendly and greets you at the door. UPS side of thing is on point, female staff member not so friendly but professional

The younger looking clean shaven man with blonde slicked back hair has great customer service. I went in to get documents sent out and he helped. I hope he gets a raise

I needed a battery for my Mercedes key phobe and they find it for me and they put it in they went over and beyond.Good Job!!!!!!
