Ana and her team are always nice even when busy, this store is my preferred store and I pass 2 other locations because of the friendly service.

This UPS store is particular hidden jewel from all other The UPS Store chain. This store has the ultimate trained crew that can solve just about any shipping matter in just few minutes. I do not say this lightly since I go to store like this very often but, I can spot a god one miles away.
I am glad I can count with a team of great people to help me with our shipping challenges.

This store is the cleanest UPS store I have ever been to. The staff is very knowledgeable and will always put the customer first. They have both English and Spanish speaking staff which is convenient. They ALWAYS have a notary available, no appointment needed
I will keep going to this store for all my personal and business needs!

All are friendly, amicable, with excellent customer service. I highly recommend this store to everyone. 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Best staff in Weston ever! I literally live next door to another UPS off of Indian Trace but I drive three miles to this location.

Staff is always very professional, courteous and helpful! I’m in and out in 5 minutes.

Thanks to the staff, they have really clear the concept of Customer Service, always willing to help and find a solution to any possible situation. Clean and immaculate facility. Perfect Location and competitive prices. Excellent service.
Would love the schedule on Saturday closing at 6pm instead of 2-3pm.

This is my favorite UPS to go to. The staff is always helpful and polite whenever I come in with all my returns. Most of the time, I’m in and out within 5 minutes.

Service is fantastic, friendly and fast!

Today I went to my local Postal Office, after making a long line they gave me a hard time with the envelope I have choose and also asked me to pay extra been that I had a prepaid label didn't want to go with their sugestión. I went to my friend Google and found this UPS store 2 miles down the road, excelente customer service and a nice selection of shipping material. The two girls there made me feel like the most important customer in the planet.
