I've been a customer of the Niles location for quite some time. I'm greeted before the door closes behind me always. Smiling faces and cheerful voices answers every question or need I may have. All of my education on vaping and the devices I've invested in have come from the people and their knowledge that are employed at this location. Most especially, I will say, Ashlee has been so helpful and always overly kind. We've nearly established a friendship. 5 stars to you ALL for a job well done day after day!!

Ashley is the greatest. Everytime I go in for refills she is always smiling and asking me how I am. Truly the best. The store is always clean and everyone is super great! Very professional. They answer all your questions and are always ready to help. Definitely the only smoke store I go to for my needs!

I was there yesterday for the newest vape out. I got to talking with an Austin, bearded gentleman extremely knowledgeable about the products, super friendly and an all around great experience. I will continue shopping here because of his professional attitude and knowledge of the product.

I recently started going to wild bills. I had to switch to vapes for health reasons and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They got me set up in a vape I love and Ashley even set me up for a rewards program! They are awesome here and now I don't want to go anywhere else. I would highly recommend them!
