You'll find that the service here is ULTRA reliable, friendly and hardworking. It's owned by an independent small business owner (Chris), who'll take personal care of you if you're setting up a permanent box to receive items. It's economical and a great way to know you'll get your stuff. Stop trying to pickup at USPS (where they'll just send your stuff back in a few hours) and ship directly to the UPS store instead.

We recommend it for our guests staying with us and also have extensively used their services ourselves. Don't hesitate to work with them to eliminate the hassles of package & mail receipt in the Poconos.

Just stopped in to mail a large package. All staff were very helpful and pleasant. The most friendliest place I've been in in quite awhile.

Well staffed and they are very fast and efficient here. The only thing that slows things down, which isn't their fault; are customers dropping off Amazon returns that didn't read Amazon's instructions (such as customer needs to pre-pack returns in a box with label etc.). Excellent staff, conveniently located, good pricing for services, and the parking lot is easy to navigate.

I've always had speedy, friendly and helpful service here. Usually we just drop off packages here, pre-labled, so no big deal. But still, I never wait, and I'm always greeted. Generally just a welcoming vibe from the workers! Keep it up!

If you have a home in the Poconos you likely don't have regular mail delivery. You also realize that packages you order get shipped via different services and may or may not make it to your home. To have some peace of mind and consistency it's a good idea to get a private box at the UPS store. They're open 6 days a week and their owner and operator, Chris, is a true professional, as are his staff.

He'll work with you if you have special needs (we were filling a whole house) and be fair, honest and genuinely helpful. He's the epitome of a great small business owner.

This is the best place to ship packages. The staff is friendly and knowledgable and always glad to help. When you go into a store and the owner is always present it says that he cares about his business and the customers that he serves. Rest assured when you ship with this UPS store you’re packages with be handled with the utmost care.

This UPS location is awesome. They provide outstanding customer service. This morning, I needed to return a power washer that I found difficult to disassemble. Chris, avery personable and helpful UPS manager, assisted me in dissembling the washer and packing it adequately for return shipping. Chris went above and beyond for me and because of him, I will only use this UPS location for my shipping needs. Gracias Chris!

Professional staff with great customer service!

This is an extremely well run store with employees who are attentive and helpful. Twice I have arrived five minutes before opening, and the owner has waved me in early. Try that at Starbucks! (Btw, keep in mind that UPS is a franchise operation, so quality may vary. All I can say is that the Mt. Pocono store is excellent).

Obivously the current owner(s) are doing something right. Amazing service. Multitasking employees at their finest. People are so quick to complain, but how many people take time out of their day to off a compliment. You can't blame them for something "UPS" did by the way. It's a shame that these negative reviews are even on here.

I have found the staff and owner to be exceptional. They are courteous and efficient and very pleasant to deal with. They put that extra effort into making my experience a good one every time I’m there.

wonderful service. I always call in advance for them to warm up the laminate machine for me and they always do. My wife's a teacher and is always laminating stuff and they are always happy to assist her
