Excellent customer service! My sister and I are long-time fans of the Champagne Toast scent and one of the staff was able to get the last one to us! :)

I love Bath and Body works because I love all the hand and body lotions and specially the wallflowers plug ins.

The crew member Susie is amazing, she helped me with any questions I asked. She also took her time to look for a specific fragrance I was looking for, and she found the exact ones. I’m very grateful for her hospitality and service. Thank you so much Susie I appreciate your Help <3

I can't say enough about the friendly staff. It was early so there weren't many people in the store so maybe that helped them be so attentive but they were super nice. They explained the specials very well and answered all of our questions clearly. Very glad we visited this location.

Great, but this is NOT an outlet. If you are looking for a bath and body works outlet store, this is not one. This is a regular bath and body works store (in an outlet mall so confusing to some people), so no sales, the same as the one in the malls. I really wish El Paso had one, they’re great! 75% off, super super good deals but the closest one would be Round Rock TX or Katy TX, almost 8 hour drive away. Don’t go here expecting mark downs, convenient location for the west side.

It's expensive for a candle, but I like it. 👍

I love that they are still adhering to Covid Safety and allowing limited amount of people in the store at once. It makes shopping experience more enjoyable when there aren't people on top of you when you're trying to smell products. There was the friendliest sales lady that I spoke too there also. They also had alot of hand sanitizer, which normally aren't in stock at Cielo Vista or The Fountains.

Love shopping here, I never have any issues and love the sales. Love the new app where I get promotions and points.

This was my first time at the outlets here in El Paso, and I had such a good experience. Great girls and service! Knowledgeable and helpful! I wish i knew the one lady's name who was helping me, but she was great an went above and beyond for me.
