Customer service was excellent and for the steep price of paint it does matter. We made a large purchase at the Ocala-main store 702370. And Austin was our sales/customer service rep. He was fantastic. Asked all the right questions. Answered all of our questions and guided us to the best deal and best product for our project. Thank you again Mr Austin. Your a rock star

Jeffrey was key to my wonderful experience at Sherwin-Williams. I called ahead of time to see if the store had the 5 gallon bucket that I needed in stock, and his phone manner was effective and polite. I immediately headed to the store, where he recognised my order, gave me advice on the best paint choices for the colour I wanted, and got my paint mixed up quickly. He then loaded it on a hand truck and took it out to my car, where he put it in my trunk. His service truly was white-glove, from his pleasant demeanor to his quick work.

Been coming here since 1974 with my mom! Jeff is super helpful and thoroughly explains different paint levels, sheens, etc. He even mentioned an upcoming sale so I can save money. Thanks so much!

I have shopped at Sherwin before and have always appreciated the quality product they provide, as well as above and beyond great customer service! I recently went back and was pleasantly surprised that even though times are weird and even with a major paint factory having burned down therefore weakening the supply, the cs reps are STILL super friendly, helpful and go beyond expected to help find a product/solution to my project...I feel like they are eager to help & I will continue to shop at Sherwin for quality product and top notch assistance!

The customer service rep working labor day was fabulous. We got 1 x 5gal and 19 x 1 gallons all different colors. He did a great job. Helped us find all the supplies I asked about.

Visited the store multiple times for samples and eventually found the color we wanted. Staff was patient and helpful. (Staff was still figuring out how to do phone/curbside service) Very pleased with the overall experience.

The personal service is amazing! I bought 10 gallons of concrete stain & realized I gave them the wrong color chip. I took it back and they worked diligently to get it as close to the correct color as possible!

Have to pick out a paint color for a house we're building. This is the second location I've been to in the past few days, and I'm glad our contractor told us to use Sherwin Williams for the paint. Both stores were great! They have a nice selection of colors to choose from, and they can match a competitor's color. Very busy in their store today but they seemed to have enough staff to take care of everyone. I spoke to one of the employees about a possible issue we might have with the paint...he seemed very knowledgeable...and PATIENT! I left with some sample cards, but no paint. Too many choices, so I'm dumping the decision on my husband!

Great store to buy all your painting supplies at. Staff is very homeowner friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to answer all questions. I won't be going anywhere else and would highly recommend it to both contractors and home owners.

Stopped in for a specific brand of concrete stain we wanted. Manger was very helpful and knowledgeable on the stains and staining process. First person in 4 hardware store stops to know something about this. Thanks.

Staff was very helpful especially patient when helping me understand matching paint and paint types. We even miscommunicted on the amount & staff still stayed patient & understanding!!
