We shop at Family often. It's clean, friendly and well stocked.

Wonderful selection! Very fresh produce, meats, dairy and baked goods. Have been shopping here for 40yrs+ and have never been disappointed with either the products or the fabulous service! Incredible service from all the employees. Carmen and Brian were especially helpful this visit. Can't help but smile because of how everyone is so friendly & professional. Definitely a five star PLUS 🌟 rating.

Always carries a surprisingly wide variety of items for how small the store is. Groceries were bagged for me by an employee. Had several items other nearby stores were out of, shelves are usually stocked well. Prices are more expensive here than, for example, Meijer, but that is a trade-off for the above good things.

Always love the sales and the kind people that work in this store to make sure you have a great experience

The jenison store, i feel, is understaffed. it's a busy store. But i will say every staff member always has a smile and is always willing to help if needed. The store is in of slight remodel and to add a better deli section. Definitely could use a coffee place to.

What a nice store. Clean. Great selection of meats and produce as well as other goods. Prices are about as good as can be expected given the high inflation. Brandon makes everything a bit pricey these days. Nice parking lot. Easy to get out of lot even on busy street.

In 30 years I think I've only had one or two bad shopping experiences at Family Fare the staff is always super helpful the store is exceptionally wheelchair accessible and the meat and vegetables are always fresh and last a long time in the refrigerator

Today my husband and I used Family Fare's Fast Lane for the first time. Wonderful experience!! I hope that our community keeps supporting those that are putting themselves at greater risk to keep our families as comfortable as possible during this unprecedented time. I used to come here on a regular basis to shop for my husband and I and I have never out of the 2 years coming here had a bad experience. The workers are always friendly and willing to help me when I need it! Most of them are smiling and happy when you make eye contact and that makes me feel comfortable!

Family Fare takes pride in what they offer. The store is always clean and friendly. Great for short stops or weekly groceries. The staff here are quite helpful as well. It's a great place.

This supermarket has a great variety for being smaller in size. They have all categories of groceries and it seems to be maintained with care. Has the feel of a mom and pop business. I also like that it is not packed with people so it's a calm shopping experience with out all the hustle and bustle of going to a Mijers. I would recommend this place when shopping with kids or if you dislike lines, crowds or noise. It's clean and well stocked at all times.

I just love this store. Employees are polite and courteous! The store is clean and clutter free! The restrooms are clean and well stocked. It's never a problem to get in and out fast!

Loved the store. I'm seeing the same thing going on when spartan/Nash take over. More store brand, less selection and I'm assuming soon less service.🙃

My first shopping trip to the store by myself 2.5 months after a major foot surgery. I am not full weight bearing and still using crutches so had to ride in the amigo cart. Employees were helpful and offered assistance often. They even bagged my groceries and brought them to the truck for me in this year's first snowfall.

I absolutely could not live without this store, the staff is friendly, the store is clean, and it is very convenient. The produce department beats any other grocery store. Sandy who appears to be in charge of it, he's very knowledgeable and helpful!
