AT&T Store

Alicia Xayya was an OUTSTANDING help to me today. She accomplished everything I needed done, which was a lot, and she did it in a professional and courteous and very sweet manner. She was patient with my boomer questions and was just a general, all around, efficient and respectful person. She is an angel and is 100% an excellent asset to your company.

It was a awesome experience, Alyssa helped me and my wife get the phone we wanted for a great price! She was very knowledgeable and friendly and most importantly professional, Alyssa was helping other customers as well as continuously checking on me when able to while our phones were transferring data. And if Alyssa wasn't able to someone was, definitely recommend this store and would recommend Alyssa to help you if possible!!

I visited the Lima Road AT&T store in Fort Wayne twice in the past several months. On both occasions I was assisted by your associate Patrick. I am 70 years old and extremely challenged by technology. Patrick was extremely patient with me and on both occasions went above and beyond in resolving the issues with my phone. His customer service was easily the best I have ever experienced in any retail establishment! He is a tremendous asset to your company and I feel he deserves to be recognized for his outstanding customer relation skills. Because or him, I will remain with AT&T, instead of returning to Verizon, as I had initially planned to do.

Came in with a device where the screen did not work. Seemed hopeless switching over to a new phone I just bought. But some how Joe with his expertise and knowledge was able to make a transfer! Very patient and knowledgeable!

The staff here was friendly and helpful. They stuck with me through repeated visits and helped me get the bill credits from AT&T corporate. They sat on a support call on our behalf and proved to corporate that it had wrongly denied our credits. I super appreciate their help and would come to them again!

Patrick went above and beyond in customer service. Each time I worked with him he was very professional and effective. Thank you ATT for employing this caliber of staff.

Dylan assisted me with a network connection issue I had been dealing with for months, without resolution. He took his time to listen to my problem, understand the situation, and find the best solution for me. He took his time to answer all our questions and even installed a new screen protector for my mom's phone, without making us feel rushed or like a burden, despite there being several customers waiting for service. I hope to return to him in the future, as it is difficult to find a representative who is knowledgeable and considerate.

Alicia the store manager was super helpful and knowledgeable! I lost faith over the last years with the high turn over in the Fort Wayne AT&T locations it seems I can't put a face to anyone. I was ready to jump ship. But Alicia changed that for me today! I absolutely loved getting to work with her and watching how she multi tasked with her team as well. I will be returning to Lima road location in the future. Thank you for a great experience I haven't had in a long time.

My husband lost his iPhone. Dropped in to the ATT STORE in FWA on Lima Rd. and while they no longer take appointments I was happy to find no one waiting and got great service immediately. Within 20 min I was up to speed. Alicia was great and most knowledgeable. Got the new phone and was happy with the plan that was an upgrade.

We worked with Patrick both times we were in the store. He was amazing and very helpful! His multitasking skills were crazy good.

Alicia was AMAZING. We upgraded our phones, got 2 new watches, a speaker, and 3 accessories. Alicia reviewed our account and suggested some changes that actually saved us a lot of money monthly.

The lady working around 3 on Oct 18 was an extreme help ! she gave me and my family the best discounts for getting a new phone along with her being super nice !

Moriah was amazing! We had several changes and add one to make to our account and she was very knowledgeable and made it a fast process too! We purchased a cell phone for our oldest and she gave us a lot of pointers and recommendations to make it a safe and perfect process for our daughter!

Patrick was super great in helping me get my old data transferred to my new phone quickly and painlessly!

My AT&T service had completely stopped and I was with out calls, texts, and internet for 24 hours. My family who lives in another state spent hours on the phone with customer service trying to get it fixed. When customer service couldn’t figure it out they would hang up on us and we’d have to start the process again. All this to say we were beyond frustrated and at the end of our rope. My son called ahead to my local AT&T store to see if they could help. I was helped by Alex who completely saved the day! He was kind and understanding that I didn’t know what needed to happen. He and his supervisor Alicia were incredibly insightful and knew exactly how to help. They were able to call customer service and get my phone fixed with incredible speed. They both had positive can do attitudes and never gave up on me! I can’t say enough about Alex and Alicia! Thank you both so much!

Patrick did a great job helping with a sim swap that we had issues verifying my identity.

Stopped in my local Lima road location this morning had the pleasure of working with Alicia. She was a delight and very knowledgeable!
