Excellent!!! Over-the-Top assistance… explaining (clearly) features, advantages and how to participate in all kinds of specials. A lot more than I found exploring online the night before.
They’re unusually patient and through. And nice; It was actually fun!!!
So glad to be with such a top notch company like AT&T!

Wanted to do the S24+ upgrade and the website was completely unclear on what was required - and having gotten nailed by AT&T's fine print before I wanted to be sure.
Jordan was able to answer all my questions quickly, explained how it was going to work since it is a pre-order, and even let me know that he had to add the protection plan due to the cost of the phone and it being shipped, and if I didn't want it to immediately drop it as soon as I got the phone.
When I go into a store I know what I want, so I appreciate him just answering my questions and not trying to talk me into something else.

Stuart was an incredible help. He was extremely insightful and very knowledgeable. My family was very impressed with how friendly, and attentive he was. He also has amazing memory, as we have only visited this one other time and recognized us from a time before. So happy to come to this location. He deserve to be considered for a raise or a bonus!

Jess is awesome. She is very knowledgeable and helpful, and she did a great job helping me select my new phone. She spent a lot of time with me discussing options, pros and cons of each, and made me feel comfortable in my decision. She also took the time to help me transfer all apps and contacts over to my new device. Plus, she had a fun and diverse playlist with a great array of music that was playing in the store. Stewart was AMAZING! He had excellent customer service and took great care of us. We went to 4 different AT&T stores and we were about to make the jump to Verizon out of frustration. Stewart did such a great job making sure we were set up with the right devices and our bill fit our needs perfectly. Highly recommend working with him!

On 10/7/23, I worked with Amanda to trade in a phone for a new phone and pass my current phone down to my kid. She was very helpful and made the process super easy.

After going to the AT&T store we bought phones from, plus calling customer service over multiple days, I was just about to cancel our brand new account.
I decided to try one more location. This store had a rating of 4.7.
From the time I walked in the door I was assured that 4th hey would solve my problem. It did take time. They were patient, kind & helpful. They contacted customer service, they spoke with supervisors and found a solution. Thank you J and S. You both went above and beyond to help me.

Nobody likes a sales pitch. This was actually some of the most professional non-threatening sales professionals I've encountered. Everybody was super friendly and super informative. My journey lasted about 5 months. I initially came in in August of last year to look at upgrading a work phone. Tavie showed me some options and I went on my way. It took me till January to finally decide to pull the trigger. Came back in and upgraded a work phone to the Note 10 plus while I was there they talked to me about my personal lines that I was currently on with Sprint. Through it all I ended up porting over four lines through Sprint and added an additional line. They have great deals on phones and my whole family walked away with brand new phones and with the credits we're not going to pay a penny for any of it. If you're in the market or even if you're not stop in and speak with Tavie, she'll get you squared away!

Good service, hard to find, however Stuart will work every angle possible to solve your needs, trust me, feels good to be taken care of. Kudos Stuart! AT&T is lucky to have you, you make them proud.
