Publix Super Market at University Square

I recently got a strawberry cake for my daughter's 3rd birthday. It was sooo good, ready when I needed it to be, and even though it was a small cake, they figured out a way to get her name on it and still keep the strawberries. The day didn't go as planned so the cake really saved it! Thank you!! 🍓

Always friendly and kind I loved the honorable part of the staff relationship with the guests that were in need of help reading the nutrition information for a product. It's sweet and heart warming.

I got my first pub-sub - and the lady making it for me this evening was SUCH an absolute joy! When I said I only wanted one tomato, she immediately cut it in half and made it even on the sandwich 🥹 she was AMAZING! such wonderful customer service. She was polite, bubbly, and had no problems accommodating my requests

Great Publix, great staff. Groceries have gotten pricey but this Publix offers a convenient, great atmosphere to shop in with friendly staff and stocked shelves which makes it worth it. Dr Publix sodas/Publix brand help make things more affordable. The Fried chicken, made to order subs, and sushi Wed. are my favs!!! Good wine and cheese selection, Plus the liquor store is next store. What more could you ask for? Lol

Their slogan says it all. Where shopping is a pleasure. The publix off University Square is, to me, the best store. The staff is always friendly. The store is clean and the prices are good. The publix off beach blvd and 3rd street is much smaller. More compact, and the cost for items is 1$ to 2$ more.

I've been told that this is the busiest Publix Deli in town, but still the employees turn out consistent food and excellent service. Shelves are always well stocked, and produce is fresh. Always a good shopping experience.

It was a very pleasant trip to Publix. I was in and out and did not even have to wait in line, only one person
ahead of me. The store on University had plenty of cashiers open.

I had an odd request and it was treated with SUCH care and kindness by Brooke at customer service. She even followed up with me when she couldn't find an immediate answer. 500/5 stars. Thank you, University Square Publix!!

Did subs for the jags game and ordered ahead of time and couldn't be easier. Walk in, walk to deli, find order, walk out. Go to game. Walk into game. Make everyone around you jealous while you eat Publix sub and they spent $15 on French fries. The deli ladies are super sweet to boot. Definitely a go to.

After a long days, work stopped by. This public's in good old Jacksonville. Went to the sub shop and had an awesome Sandwich. Made by a very charismatic great personality. Gentleman name ish mail. Great job on the Sandwich made great dinner and leftovers served awesome for lunch.

Publix employees will go out of their way to help you find what you're looking for. Including going in the back and bringing out a giant rolling shelf of cheese to find me some gruyere! We found it!

Stopped in just before closing on the night before Thanksgiving day. The crew was busy closing, but still found time to offer help finding items - and even offered us one of their extra thanksgiving meals at no charge!

This used to be the closest Publix to my house before I moved to Beauclerc. I still go here sometimes if it's around rush hour because San Jose always gets backed up near 295. They do a good job and I've never had a bad experience here.

We went there to pick up the best fried chicken in the world for a family gathanks just what the doctor ordered

Wonderful to shop here! Staff always friendly and helpful. Cody Trump meat manager is very helpful. I try to go thru checkout at Cola's register when she is working even if i have to wait in line. Super friendly!. Deli staff always efficient.

Excellent variety of anything you might need..! Especially in their Bakery! The cashiers are very pleasant and congenial, as well as helpful!

Always exceptional service from the customer service desk to cashiers with a smile to the stocking clerks, deli, bakery, pharmacy and seafood departments.
The sandwiches are made fresh with special sauces and fresh sliced meats and cheeses.
The floors, bathrooms and parking lots are clean and free of debris. The vendors are courteous and very polite as they answer your questions and go about their duties.
I love the flower arrangements and the fresh assortment of bouquets 💐.

Great Service Fresh Food . and great safe dates on the food products I never got sick eating this food
