First of all as a Army Vet I appreciated Juju and Anthony for being awesome today and helping me load 30 Bags of soil into my car. Also a huge shout out to the night team for giving bags without holes in them. Lastly can't forget the management team to ensure that I get the best service and products available from Lowes Latham!! 👏 👏 👏

I always come here after losing my mind at the nearby Home Depot. Some brands are slightly different, but there’s generally enough overlap and proper options to achieve the same goals. And the layout/navigation is slightly better, so that’s a big win.

My husband and I went there to get a few light features for our kitchen. I just want to say the costumer service that Frank provided to us was amazing. He was very patient to explain everything you need to know about the led lights, we’re very pleased by his attitude and attention to details. Thanks Frank just want to let you know that what you do matters.

Accurate completion of an online order. Pleasant young man who delivered. Price was excellent compared to other lumber yards.

Riley and the customer service team were a huge help tonight, they seemed overwhelmed by a line of customers, but kept their cool and powered through. Even went above and beyond to help me. Thanks again for the hedge trimmer! Will be back again soon.

Never did I think I would be writing this review for Lowe’s. But sometimes when you experience outstanding customer service from folks who can still smile at the end of 12 hours and treat you with all the respect a customer needs - that needs a shout out! Bought a dishwasher from Lowe’s a 1.5 yrs back and as is expected it had an issue exactly when the warranty expired. Of course we had to lose the receipt! So here i was at Lowe’s. It needed a bit of work to find my answers - but Heather at Customer Service, Rachel / Ryan in Appliances and Maricel at the credit card company did the trick!! Thank you ppl for outstanding customer service!

Ordered wrong flooring. No questions asked. Canceled asks redid flooring order. Went through pro desk and got a hefty discount. Good people here. This is my goto place

Stopped in to get some tools and parts, as our car suffered a small breakdown. They not only had what we needed they also were nice enough to allow us to park overnight in the parking lot as we didn't get finished with the repair until late.

Cheryl was a great help. An employee who went above & beyond to load my truck. Her cheerfulness was a credit to your company.

The manager at the Lowes in Latham, NY was amazing. Bill did everything he could to help me solve an issue with a $500+ online order of wood boards. After just a few minutes on the phone with him I had all of my questions answered and was ready to pick up my order the same week. Thank you!

Extraordinary customer service! I had a problem with a patio chair that I had purchased in 2015 and couldn’t find my receipt. Every interaction, from their corporate offices down to the store level, was timely and helpful. Matt, the store manager, spent a great deal of time researching, finding my original transaction and offered a more than fair resolution to the problem. His assistant manager, Chris was also helpful. It’s a pleasure doing business with a company that has employees that are so customer focused.

Great store. Clean, organized, super nice people and helpful. Did I say well stocked. Recently purchased a microwave and had Lowe's do the install. We had 32 inches of snow that Thursday and they showed up and did the installation. It doesn't get any better than that!!!

I was looking for a product that I could not find (looked for an hour and a half and even asked customer service to send someone to the isle I was in for help. 45 mins later still nobody showed) and nobody would bother to help me. Eventually Ben the manager showed up after I asked for a manager and straightened things out and this Lowe’s location should be so lucky to have such a A++ manager that cares about customers needs and service. BTW the two ladies in returns/service desk have a horrible attitude towards customers. 4/19/2022

We visit and shop often. The service is good and they welcome dogs.
