If I ever need anything Verizon, I come to this store. Very professional and friendly staff. Sometimes there is a line, but they are usually quick about getting around to everyone. I usually call ahead to schedule an appointment to work with Talor— he’s the best!

JJ was exceptional at helping us set up watches, iPads and iPhones on our new Verizon account.

JJ did an exceptional job in setting up my replacement phone. First, he greeted me at the door. His calm & friendly demeanor helped me relax about transferring my cell phone info (a process which I had been dreading). Second JJ had my new phone up & running in about 10 minutes. Lastly, he explained everything that I needed to know and do before I mailed by my old phone back. I was in & out of the Verizon store in short periods of time.

Talor Byington smoothly hooked me up with the new iPhone and the new iPad the day they came out. I didn’t even know how bad I needed the upgrades. He even reorganized my family plan and lowered our bill by canceling things that were unnecessary. Make sure to ask for Mr Byington!

Taylor Byington was beyond helpful! We came in with several questions about our business account with Verizon and he made sure to take his time explaining everything to us and making sure we understood everything before we left. We feel very blessed to have Taylor on our business team.
