AT&T Store

Patrick, the store manager, was super helpful. He answered all my questions and gave sound advice about upgrading. 10/10 would go to this location again.

This is the second time I’ve been to this store. My experience is that of the two Warsaw locations, this one on 15 has more knowledgeable staff and much better customer service.

I went in to switch all of my lines from Boost to at&t and boy did we have a time doing it. I was there for 4 1/2 hrs but let me tell you, Logan was absolutely amazing. They closed at 5 and he stayed there with me until 6:45 to make sure it was done and done right. I would recommend this store 💯 percent to anyone looking to switch, he went above and beyond, the company should be proud to have him as part of their staff!!!

This is an outstanding AT&T store. They will go way out of their way for you. Jordan is very accommodating and helpful. You are greeted the minute you walk in the door and the service is just great. The Warsaw Verizon store over by Meijers could take some big lessons from this store. Thank you Jordan and associates for your help and the great experience!

Great ATT location! Just got my new phone and they were able to waive a restock fee ($55) and help me install screen protector. Great staff and manager! Helped me as soon as I walked in and left a happy customer 👍🏽

Wow! What else can I say? I had the absolute most amazing experience when I went into this location to buy a phone and add a line for my young son.
The rep who helped me filled my wife and I with vast knowledge on what would be the perfect fit for our situation. The amount of knowledge the rep had and how his team mate also worked in tangent with his knowledge made me know that I will never go to a different ATT store again. I’ve been a ATT customer since they bought Centennial wireless about two decades ago. After all this time, I’ve finally found a home. Thank you!

Dillon and Andrew were so helpful and kind. They went the extra mile to give me the best service ever! They helped to solve a problem and saw it through! They should definitely get a raise!

Ran into this Individual named logan. I had an old flip phone and wanted to make the transition from being an old person to a hip youngster again. He helped me set up my phone and get everything I need. I have been enjoying this app called " Candy Crush" and He helped me put this on my phone!

This store is awesome!! So much more friendly than the one off of US 30, commerce drive or something. The customer service representative, Jazzy, was so much more helpful than the other at and t store. She actually went into the account on her computer and tried to help! And she did!!! Love this place(they play looney tunes) 😀😀😀😀😀

I'm 40 years old. I've carried a cell phone for over 20 years. I've delt with wireless customer service countless times and at best have usually felt underwhelmed. Today I was helped by Holly the manager at this AT&T store and I can say this was 100% the best customer service I've received from a wireless company. She took the time to really listen to my issue and then actively helped me fix it. I wasnt told to call customer service or visit another store. If you want to deal with a friendly and knowledgeable person who understands what it's like to be on the other side of the counter as a customer then go see Holly!!!

Amanda was amazing. She helped me out so much by explaining in detail my options and plan to where I understood it. Would HIGHLY recommend anyone to go and see her about any questions and concerns.

I was about to drop AT&T until I visited the WARSAW store. Those guys are amazing and will bend over backwards to see you through any issues you may be having. Hands down 5 star service!!!
