AT&T Store

Got a new phone here and had to go through a lot of corporate red tape to get the upgrade, which took a while. The representative helping me, Gregory, was awesome. He helped guide myself and the account holder of my plan through all of the hurdles, telling us who to call and all of the necessary information to tell them. Gregory was also very personable and made the process much better.

The representative was very knowledgeable, professional, helpful and pleasant. She helped me to get the best out of the services offered by AT&T quickly. Her explanations were clear. I feel like I saved a deal.

Nigel at the AT&T store provided excellent service, advice and did what Apple Store could not when my phone battery health was getting near 80%: upgraded my phone from 13 to 15 and structured a deal so that I am paying LESS on my account. With two iWatches included.

I visited AT&T store, was immediately welcomed by "Quinn"who was Extremely helpful and Knowledgeable to solve the Problems I was having on both of my Apple phones. The 7 SE was blackened out on apps and My 13 was confusing me ,So Quinn very capably restored and set them up , and managed correcting them. Thank You Quinn for your Kindness and Expertise. My husband and I went in to get new phones and watches. My husband is Samsung and I am I-phone.
We were lucky enough to work with Gregg, who was AMAZING! He was patient, knowledgeable, and provided excellent service! And although he was great with all of my I-phone needs, Gregg is a Samsung expert!
We also had a great experience with the store manager, Quinn, who came over to check in on us, and also offered a helping hand with my husband’s watch!
We cannot recommend AT&T, Gregg, and Quinn enough!

After several attempts at other AT&T stores, 2 visits to the Apple Store and long phone waits I went to the Mercer Mall store and was helped by sales representative, Nigel Rivera. He was professional, patient and very knowledgeable. He solved my problem after 3 weeks of a runaround from other AT&T stores. He represents your company well and should be acknowledged for his work. This AT&T store is well run.

David from the AT&T Mercer Mall was incredibly helpful when my 91 year old mom needed help activating her cell phone. He was so patient & answered all of her & my questions. He was very busy but took the time to make sure that everything was cared for & he also installed her glass screen protector & phone case. And he told her that she can come back to for any help that she needs with her phone. We really appreciate his kindness and professionalism!

Excellent experience at this store. Everyone is very nice, friendly and helpful. A gentleman named Drew helped me today. He was AWESOME. Very helpful and professional. My experience with him was great. He should be going places in this company. Thanks Drew!

Brendan was the Customer Rep and he was excellent from start to finish in explaining the different promotions and packages. We are new customers and we really appreciate his patience and his extensive knowledge in the whole process. All of the staff are very friendly.

I worked with Mike and I have to say the overall experience was great. He listened to what I was looking for instead of just trying to sell me the highest priced item. He is very attentive and has great customer service skills. He is the reason I stayed with AT&T and even though this store is a little out of my way, I will continue to go there to work with him.

Brendan was a fantastic help and tremendously professional in all his guidance. He helped us with all our new iPhone decisions, and gave thorough and informed input. Highly recommend, and would see him again for any and all iPhone and AT&T needs!

After having a terrible experience at a different location in the Quaker Bridge mall and despite having to wait 45 minutes to be attended too, our sales rep Andrew turned everything around. I had a great experience today with Magic Mike! He was fantastic. I found out about two particular plans that will help me save money for my family and he was the first to actually inform me of this! This is a great store that always gives excellent customer service! I felt awesome leaving the store. Thanks Mike!

Mr. Brendan was very knowledgeable as well extremely helpful in finding me the right plan that works best for my family. He answered all my questions while keeping a smile at all times. Really nice experience. David was our sales contact. Was great at explaining all of the options we had when our daughters phone, which is used a a medical device was chewed up by a dog. He not only found a plan that was less expensive than our current plan, but also found us a program where a second new phone was 50% off so I got a new phone too. Ryan, the manager, was also very helpful in answering questions. Highly recommend this location.

After visiting the Lawrenceville store I got more than expected. Mike was such a nice person with great information and energy. He helped with several issues I had with my account. He was ver informative and I am so happy that we worked together. I will definitely be doing all of my business at this store with Mike. Thanks Mike, your the best.
