We happened to have met Max about 7 months ago at another store and he effectively persuaded/convinced us us to finally switch over to At&t. He's an amazing salesman. I experienced amazing customer service at this location yesterday. The manager immediately greeted me and attended to all of my needs. He even took the time to explain my new ATT bill breakdown and what the different charges meant. He also assisted me in turning in my old iPhone for a trade in. I also witnessed him and the other employees giving great care and customer service to the other patrons in the store. Great job ATT grand Ave!!!!

All of the employees are attentive, helpful and pleasant. No raised eyebrows when I stop in to ask the same questions only a couple of days apart. I bought my phone there just so I would feel comfortable stopping in for help but I think they help anyone who needs it.

Recently renovated, the staff at this AT&T retailer are very friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond the request. I came with no appointment and the time it took to solve the issue was less than what I have experienced in other stores. Very happy with the level of service.
