I came in this evening and Stephanie got me all hooked up with a new iPhone with a new line out the door with the quickness!!!!!!!! She was super nice and friendly. 10/10 highly recommended!!!!

We came in to the Lima Road location to add a line to my plan. Haylee was an amazing and helpful associate. She has a very calm demeanor to her and very pleasant. She also was very knowledgeable about so much. It took a bit, but we left with what we wanted accomplished. She's a rockstar employee 💙

I was helped by Rachael T. She was extremely helpful and extremely courteous. I brought my own device with me. She helped me put a new Sim card in my phone and get it set up. I also wanted to applaud her for her calmness when a rude customer next to me, who came in and got an attitude with her. She was so polite to him. I felt so bad for her because I work in the restaurant business and I get people like those at least every other shift and she took it like a champ! Cricket is definitely on the right track with who they hire. Every workplace should have a hard-working, polite, and helpful person like Rachael T!

Ok...so I've got nothing but awesome things about this store and it's staff. Very in tuned to customer relationships. Always helpful and more than willing to walk you through any concerns you may have about service and devices. They respect customers feedback and truly, genuinely care about the impression they leave in their community. Thanks for your great services.
