Lane 201

I have bought a ton of things from this shop and I absolutely love everything! All of these low reviews are insane to me. . . I have had a perfect experience with Lane 201. I have used their return/exchange system as well and had no issues and was able to exchange sizes with no issues. Anyone saying it took their package too long to ship (because of a huge sale 🙄) should go clock in and start packing orders. I will continue to order from Lane 201 and super excited for the spring drops!

I absolutely love this boutique. I came across this brand online and purchased a couple pairs of pants for my vacation and ended up wearing this one pair for the majority of the trip! The pieces I got were good quality and I got them just in time for my trip. I just made another purchase and I’m so excited to get my new things.

I love Lane201! The quality of the clothes has always been impeccable, as well as the customer service. The refund policy is only store credit, but I always am satisfied with what I find as a replacement when I need to return. If an item is out of stock that you choose as a replacement, they will not hesitate to give store credit back in a timely manner. Yes this could be frustrating for some people, but I would rather invest my money into a small midwest business rather than forever21, windsor, shein, etc. The prices of the items are very fair since they sell high quality boutique items. I have worked retail my entire career so I know the difference in quality between boutique brands and mall brands. I have never received something of low quality from Lane201. They also run great sales and you can always find some sort of discount.

I recently found Lane 201 on Instagram and am absolutely obsessed with the clothes i have purchased! Amazing quality, prompt shipping and customer service is very easy to deal with and responds quickly!

Their customer service is absolutely amazing! They got back to me so quick and were so helpful. Not to mention their clothes were amazing! I usually never leave reviews, but their customer service was so good that I just had to!!🩷

I’m honestly surprised to read the reviews about terrible customer service, as I have had only positive experiences with this boutique! When I’ve had questions they got to me rather quickly, and I find their items to be true to size and good quality. Store credit for returns is very common with boutiques such as this one, and the fact they offer exchanges rather than having to send your item back and wait for the return to complete before repurchasing is also awesome! This is easily my favorite clothing store as of right now!

Found the perfect reception dress here! The material weight and quality is great for the price (I shopped during their July sale). I can't wait to wear it to my wedding!

I love this boutique, the clothing quality is always amazing, and they have quick shipments. They offer easy returns if needed as well. More importantly, I just want to say the customer service is hands down the best of the best. Quick, efficient and so so so kind. Best customer service ever! Had an issue with my order shipping selection, so I emailed them and had a response in 5 minutes to get it updated.

I saw an ad on Instagram and looooved everything I saw on the website! After I ordered, I got nervous because I saw some of these negative reviews. Honestly, I don't know what those people are talking about because I love everything I ordered! I got a coat, a hat and a pair of pants. Everything is of good quality and as expected. I'm a very happy lady, it's seldom I see something and it actually looks as good on me as it does on the model. Also, I ordered and received within 5 days so, snaps for fast shipping!

My absolute favorite place to get clothes. Not only are the clothes trendy, the quality is amazing, they have great sales, the sizing is spot on. An added bonus - the customer service is wonderful & the shipping is soo fast. Highly recommend!

I have been shopping online at this boutique for over a year now! I’ve only had positive experiences with their customer service and quality clothing! Love that the descriptions go into detail if sizes run big/small and what size the model is wearing as well. Would highly recommend this boutique to all of my family and friends!

I placed a pick up order before they opened as my husband was going to be in the area for work that day. I used the text option to see if it’d be available before close (only open for a few hours on Friday for PU & he had a very tight schedule) and they responded very quickly! They had it ready for him in about 15 minutes & met him at the door with the order when he arrived. 10/10 quality and customer service every time!

FANTASTIC Customer Service!!!!! USPS messed up the delivery and sent the package back to them. They immediately worked with me to resolve the issue, emailing with me as late as 10:30pm. Their clothes are also so cute. Really can't beat it when the clothes are so cute and the customer service is OUTSTANDING <3

Also, the quality of every item I have received is amazing and exactly what I ordered. Despite the other reviews of this boutique the quality of items that I have purchased was spot on. I shop regularly w/ online boutiques and the store credit only is normal for this type of shopping!! So make sure when purchasing from a private online boutique you read the return policy. I just wanted to leave my review because I don’t want people to be too scared to order because like I said the quality is about the same as shopping other online boutiques.

I love this boutique! I've only ever purchased online but the clothes are great quality and shipping is fast!! I did have a slight issue with one order and the customer service was phenomenal. The representative resolved it immediately. I highly recommend them!

Got a message from Jill at Lane201 and I couldn’t be happier. She messaged me to let me know a certain item I had ordered was not in stock. She offered to refund my money or let me choose something else. The item was from their 20 and under and the new item I chose was over that and I offered to send the difference to them. She told me that I could have it at no extra charge!! This was the first I’ve shopped in a long time (and first since having my little girl). This was definitely a blessing to me. So so happy with the staff of Lane201. Going to start recommending this boutique to all my girl friends!
