Yall need better workers! Just went in about 1125 am on Friday. The freestyle machine is spraying orange hi c mix all over the customer (me) and your floor I said oh hey we have a mess here she stared at me and said I just got My nails done... (she has blue and yellow nails) and said she didn't wanna get dirty mind you there's orange mix all over the floor someone can and will fall and my skin is stained orange as well as my uniform for work she didn't care and just stood there. Yall have fun with that one I work across the street at bogarts definitely won't go there again

Zero customer service. No answer on the carwash help button. No answer via phone. Vacuums ZERO suction. Vacuums hoses on ground with no tips. Tried calling Terribles main dispatch #-no answer. Dirty. Potentially the worst location I have been to.

DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH. On April 30 I went through this wash and came out with a FLAT and a huge 3 inch gash in my brand new F-150 truck tire, which cost me $328 for a new one. I understand someone with a Maserati sports car lost their tire in the same place just the previous week. I filed a damage claim with Terrible Herbst's head office and no one even called back. I had to call them. I then filed a further e-mail with full description and photos - and got no response. There is NO WAY a new truck tire should be destroyed in a car wash track. There is something wrong with this car wash. If you lose a tire or get your car damaged, Terrible Herbst will not reimburse you or respond to you. Now I know why they call it "Terrible" which may have been funny to the original owners but all these years later it's just the dumb name and unfortunately true. GHarris

The drive thru carwash "sometimes" does not accept the monthly pass. You might have to go inside the store and have the gas station clerk issue a temporary barcode. This happened to me today for the first time after using this location weekly for a few months now. Please fix this issue, TH Corporate.

The reviews warned me, but I tried it and now regret it. $15 for a car wash including their “tire shine”. I came out their carwash with dusty dry rims as if I never went through a Carwash. I’m really confused as to how they managed to keep my wheels dry and dusty!.. as for the car, the front is still dirty..

The absolute worst service I have ever experienced in my life! I was there today between 430 and 5pm. There was an older black man working there you can tell he was having a bad day. He got upset because he couldnt see my date of birth on my DL. I took it out of my wallet for his convenience and he then touched it. I told him he doesn't have to touch it and that is when he went off. I will never ever patronize that store again.

I call that cheating.
As I drove through I noticed that the brush on the left side didn't work what means only the right side of my car got a car wash. I talked to the stuff and he already knew the issue what means they charge the full amount for a "half" car wash.
Don't go there. It's terrible!

I bought a Blanket from Cashier "Dennei" them and when I wanted to return it she said Manager has to be there to return it. It was 5.30 pm. It was waste of my trip. If she can sell it why she can't return it. Looks like she was giving me an excuse. It was cash payment and could have filled the gas with that amount. bad service.....

Came in to buy a few things at 2 am. I work uber and lyft. However the attendant wouldnt let me use the restroom. I wont be stopping by this location anymore.

Turn up your water pressure it's a joke it doesn't even clean a fresh fly off your car let alone dust when the water is on plus the token is a bunch of BS you can only spend it there.. you can't use the quarters that are already have in your pockets
