Being a gun owner is difficult these days. This is one of the few places you can still shop and browse ammo. Jennifer and staff is always helpful and very knowledgeable on the difference selections. I shop here frequently and highly recommend.

Big 5s weekly deals and monthly discounts are the best. Staff here is very knowledgeable and courteous they will even carry stuff out to your car.

Nice location with great staff. In all honesty it never looked like much from outside but I had some time to kill and went in for a moment. The store is pretty big with a large selection of outdoor and sporting equipment. Ammo was pretty sold out but the ladies were very friendly and helpful.

Good size sporting goods shop. They have a good selection on athletic wear, hunting gear, work out gear,etc. The staff was very welcoming and friendly.

Ii was in and out in less than 15 min. I bought a pair of Nike shoes that required a 4E wide. The sales men only had to show me them & I tried them on and off I went up to the cashier. Charged it & out the door I went. Fast & easy.

Made a return the other day and mistakenly included a box tin of some of my most valuable sports cards that I was going to send off for grading. Yes, I'm getting old! However, I went back the next day hoping that they were still there and lo and behold, they were. Every incredible card. About $45k worth! I just wanted to give a shout out to Chrissy who took the return, tagged it and stored it for me to come back and claim. Great to have such an honest employee working for Big 5 Sporting Goods! Thank you Chrissy!!

Gatano was great! He went above and beyond to help us with my kids skates and sizes and let us be in and out within 10 mins. My daughter needed the restroom I figured spending over 80 dollars would have allowed us to use the restroom. The moment I walked in Ryan was not even doing anything but standing by the front door when I asked him if there was a restroom we can use he said “no” it being urgent. I asked Gatano and he immediately showed us the way and allowed us to use the restroom which is the reason I didn’t just walk back out. Thank you Gatano for the great customer service tonight!!! Very professional! For you I’ll give you a 5 star rating

Jen the store manager ALWAYS gives awesome customer service. She always goes above and beyond to help customers and there needs. She is always very friendly. Samantha her cashier was super cool and friendly too. Love this store! 5 stars for sure

I was astounded by the customer service I received when there was a huge sale I believe before Xmas...particularly Mgr I was looking for my size they didn't have she immediately chk'd to see what one may of had my size Bingo then to my delight they were held for me,..absolutely fabulous Thank you so much 🤗 Wonderful customer care and concern...

Salesperson helped us right away we found what we need it no waiting in line, store on Buffalo and Flamingo.

I live 5 miles away from this Big 5 store but it wouldn't matter if it was 50 miles cuz I would still only go to this store. The manager's and staff have always been committed to my complete satisfaction!

They display the highest degree of customer service and help in saving you $ through discounts that are always available!

Good sporting goods store. I've been a fan since 1973 and make my way there for fishing license and other goods. Always try for a sale item and not regular price. Decent outdoor shoes too. 1973 was a long time ago from the year 2020. Still a decent place.

Justin in footwear was super nice and helped me find what I needed for work shoes, thanks.

Went in today with my mother-in-law to get a fishing license. The young lady that helped us, I believe her name was Tiffany, really knew her stuff and helped us out with a few questions.

Great staff!! We received the help we needed and then some!! We couldn't complete our order at one location so we got help and they found what we needed in another location! Teamwork and so friendly great experience all around!!

Stopped in to get shoes for my kids and found a very friendly staff waiting to help me. Wide selection of youth and adult shoes, boots, and cleats aside from the wide selection of sports and recreational equipment. Pricing was reasonable and a good selection of shoes were on sale. A little cramped and a smaller location, but it works and was clean and organized.

This place rocks!!!! David was great, very knowledgeable and helpful. I practically had the entire store myself which is awesome because I hate big crowds. Great prices, great selection. Went in for ammo & shooting supplies & gear.
