The workers were very polite and helpful. The worker behind the counter was so kind and he was able to answer all my questions! He made sure my product I was shipping was protected and he was very knowledgeable! I’ll be coming to this location every time to do business!

At one time you could always count on friendly and knowledgeable staff at this location. That wasn't the experience that I had recently. The clerk on duty early on a Thursday morning was far from friendly. Indifferent would be a better word to describe this clerk.

Current prices at this store are also a surprise. As an example, an one page print from a PDF file was five-dollars. Unacceptable for such an easy task and the time involved.

I will not use this store or any other UPS stores in the future.
