AT&T Store

Thank you Thank you Cynthia!! You are the best!! I went to the Townsquare store (PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE🤮) the people were toooooo busy playing on their own personal phones! I left very upset & came to store closest to my house, right away Cynthia looked up my acct got started on my trade-in found she did not have a 15-PINK-256 so she busted out her cell phone & asked several stores right away (like 5min) she found one 13 min away, during traffic & off I went!!! That is how you do it TownSquare peeps!!! 🥰👏🥰👏🥰

Great service came with my kids they loved it as well. Cynthia and Nathan where extremely helpful and guided me through every step in a patient and comfortable matter. they took their time to make sure that my issues where resolved !

We had a great experience in the store today. We needed to add a line for our teenager and got a great deal on a new iPad as well! All the employees were super helpful and knowledgeable and it was a truly enjoyable experience.

I came in with an issue that I couldn't get resolved for over a month and Cynthia helped me get it done in under an hour. She was very kind and personable, and made sure I had a good experience while I was there. I had gone to the corporate AT&T locations in Vegas and they weren't as helpful as her.

Jess and Josh were extremely helpful and patient with my husband and I today! We were wanting to change phone plans, and they gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision with clarity. They walked us through every single detail we wanted to know more about and were very honest about what they recommended based on our situation. Thank you Jess and Josh!! :)

I went to this store 4 months ago to activate a new line for my son and the staff was clueless and didn’t care having this previous encounter and decided to give it another try and to my surprise was a new staff the manager at this location is awesome super friendly and cares about your concerns with new plans devices, etc this is the place to come I have been around a couple stores and this takes all 5 stars they do care and explain everything to you so best customer service .

Nathan, Cynthia, and April helped me get my old phone number back so I can retrieve my photos and contacts. Thought I was screwed because of what a different AT&T and Apple Store said. They fixed it in 20 minutes. Best customer service experience!

I was traveling and dropped my phone in the toilet in the airport...so I had to go get a new phone while traveling. April and Matthew were so kind and took good care of me.

I came in to add a line and April,Cynthia and Jess were super friendly and knowledgeable, they were so good I left with 3 accessories i didn’t initially want. Make sure you come to this store for any and all of your att needs. I haven’t experienced customer service like this in a very long time!

My phone was stolen while in Vegas. Went to this store the morning after. April and Cynthia were truly amazing and extremely helpful. They got me exactly what I was looking for. I would absolutely recommend to anyone in the area!

I got a new phone saturday (iPhone 14 pro max) from an iPhone 6 and was helped by a gentleman named PJ. I have never liked going to the actual stores to make my purchases so I was already upset and that was quickly turned around from the time I walked through the door with a compliment on my outfit to the nonstop laughter and jokes. I appreciate everything you did for me! Especially juggling several other people at the same time and treating us all with kindness even though you were alone. I’ll be coming here from now on!

Antoinette was extremely helpful, we were laughing and having a great time. She helped us after we had been struggling for over a month trying to get new service. One of the nicest people I’ve ever met in customer service. She mad everything super easy and quick and we were in and out. :)

Antoinette was very helpful and patient throughout the whole process of trading in my brother’s phone for a new iPhone, transferring all the data from the Android (all while waiting for me to receive info from my brother) to the new phone, and deleting and resetting the android. It took over 2 hours for us to finish, unrelated to anything she was doing as we were waiting for info for most of that time), but throughout it all she was patient and funny. While we were waiting for a response she helped other customers who came in and showed them all the same helpful attitude and patience. She even thanked me for MY patience when it wasn’t even her fault it took so long!

All in all a great experience and I would come back for any service I would need in the future.

Ms. Antoinette was very helpful and quick. We had a time consuming matter and needed to upgrade our phone and get on the road asap. She multitasked amazingly and answered everything. Definitely better then other carriers we’ve had hands down. Thank you so much! You were amazing, helpful and kind. We absolutely will be back!

Well my phone was giving me issues so I decided to stop in and see what can be done to fix it. I spoke with Marquan and at first he did his attempt to fix my phone but in the end I decided to upgrade my phone. I saw him as any another salesman at first as you expect like if you were buying a car but with his attentive skills in HELPING the person who walked in I saw him as a friend by the time I walked out. He even helped me apply some savings to my plan. He went above and beyond. Honestly, It's the best experience I've had at any store throughout my loyal years at AT&T.

Marquan was very professional and out going! Even when the line to wait was long he was still asking if everyone was alright. He tried his best to help boot my phone up which I thought was very nice of him. Ending up getting a new phone anyways. He also made great small talk thru the whole process. If I ever need anything I’ll definitely come back to this location

Mark was super nice and friendly! Really helped me with my issues on the phone I bought at Walmart. Was ready to leave ATT , but mark saved me as a customer. Definitely very good at his job, seems to care and that means a lot! 10+ on customer service!

I came in last minute because of an issue had with my phone. Unfortunately, I had to get a new phone because my old one wasn't 5G compatible. But, Marquan was very helpful and I left a happy customer. They get 5 stars for staying an extra 30 minutes to help me. :)
