While coming home my phone was dying. Unfortunately I didn't have a car charger and needed one right away. So Verizon was right around the corner and had one which they discou n Ted for me. Very happy with the service!

I will be honest Isaiah was amazing. I came in earlier, and after he described to me everything that I needed to know I told him I had to leave and think about it for a little while I thought about it came back in, and Isaiah took great care of me made sure before I left the store That I had acknowledgment of my phone And also crunched down the numbers for me. Thank you Isaiah I definitely recommend you going to Verizon on gull Road. Kalamazoo Michigan

Travis was highly knowledgeable, and very personable. He took the time to ensure that I knew everything before I left the store. And when he needed a little support the rest of his team was there to help.

The only thing about the actual store that needs to be changed are the chairs. Very uncomfortable.

Isaiah retained me as a customer for Verizon and Apple today. After battling both brands for over a year now, he was able to correct my issues today without any problems. Thank you Isaiah!

Nigel was an excellent help from start to finish. He was very thorough at giving me all the options for getting new plans set up and adding phones and iPads to our family plan. I asked a lot of questions and none of them he couldn’t answer. He was friendly and easy to talk to you, and made the whole encounter pain-free. Thank you again!

Went to the Verizon store on Gull road to get the new iPhone and an Apple Watch. Nigel helped me every step of the way. Couldn’t ask for better service. Very friendly and courteous. Would highly recommend this location, everyone on the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.

Nigel was very pleasant.. Fast and efficient when helping me get my new upgraded phone. The whole process was quite fast and he was helpful and answered my questions.

Breanna, worked really hard in getting my service changed from consumer to a business account despite the computer system not taking the information on several occasions and her having to call support several times and sometimes still not getting the stuff accomplished right away. She’s a hard dedicated employee and great customer service representative for Verizon.

Travis did a great job helping through the process of changing phones. Very knowledgeable on products and what accessories I may need.
